I've been relying on Fernando for solving our plumbing problems for three years now and am happy to give him and New Generation 5 stars. He is excellent, thorough and quick to reply. I couldn't recommend him more and feel very lucky to know about him and New Generation. Just last week I gave him a call at 3pm on a Friday about a broken sink and he had a replacement installed and everything running before 5!
