If you’re looking for a plumbing company with honesty, integrity, professionalism, and competence, Red Lilly is your company. I was referred to Red Lilly by my real estate agent, and I very quickly saw how this company has built its reputation among professionals in the industry. Red Lilly answered my phone call and dispatched a plumber on the same day. I had a major blockage in a main sewer line. The plumber assigned to me, Carlos, was truly phenomenal: diligent, thorough, but most of all, tenacious, in figuring out the problem. After several snakes and scopes, Carlos systematically worked his way through the possible causes and was able to avoid a major costly sewer line excavation. I can’t emphasize enough: he was very honest and didn’t take advantage of the situation. When the final bill arrived, it felt very fair and reasonable. I can’t say enough positive things about this company— I feel like I can trust them and that really says a lot!

These guys were very quick and efficient with service and delivery. The best part is they DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL. This is unheard of with plumbers , which is the main reason I gave them the job (Sears wanted to charge $90 that would not be credited back for repairs). The pricing was reasonable, as well. The only reason that I didn't give 5 Stars is because the water heater they installed has recieved a lot of bad reviews (cheap product), but it was an emergency fix and I didn't have time to research prior to installation. Live and learn.

Needed emergency water line valve repair. I had called Roto Rooter, and the plumber was completely useless and left after quoting a ridiculous price. I called John the plumber at recommendation of my HOA, and I couldn't be happier! He went out of his way to provide me with same day service, worked quickly and efficiently and the price was exceedingly fair. I will never use another plumber! Thank you, JOHN'S PLUMBING!

The technician was able to fix all my issues and offered to replace more than the gaskets on the toilets . It was really amazing that the whole process was smooth and the end result was awesome.

Loved our experience with Gonzalo from GR Plumbing. He replaced 60 feet of clay pipe and performed prompt & professional service and even installed a cleanout even though it was not in his proposal. High quality work at a good price. Glad he cleaned and disinfected areas where sewage spilled. Would definitely recommend his services.

Just excellent. I had never called an emergency/24-hour plumber before and I reached Jake at 11pm on a Saturday who walked me through some best-practices to set up my plumbing issue for his team. Sergio and Henry came first thing in the morning the following Monday, arriving early, took 10 minutes to fix the problem having clearly stated the price for the work and any incremental rises should problems occur. An absolutely 100% experience and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Gerardo was so great - lovely personality and very thorough! He took lots of photos and really talked me through what he saw and what the options are. He honestly was my second opinion on this problem and he was by far the better choice and I really appreciated his care and approach. High marks!

Roto rooter vastly overcharges for very simple services. They make you sign a sheet before a repair that basically locks you into paying them at least $300! They’re Basically scamming people for incredibly basic repair services. DON’T use their services

I had a clogged up sink in my bathroom. The sink was disgustingly dirty. Oliver came with a smile and 20 minutes later had fixed the clogging and cleaned the sink, leaving an impeccable bathroom. Oliver made my wife and I very happy.

Did a wonderful job installing a new toilet and bathtub!

Two workers for Ford’s Plumbing, Martin and Israel, replaced all the gas pipes under our house—which was built in 1924, and the pipes were rusty, pitted, and leaking gas. It was a very tough job, because there us hardly any space under the house. But they worked diligently at it for about a week, and it has passed inspection. Everything is working well, and we feel much safer. The two workers were informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the job, and it was a pleasure to have them here.

I called Speedy Stephens Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal and Luis was sent out. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the steps to me in detail. He was also very friendly and professional. He was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and Luis.

I had a water heater that stopped working. They fixed the issue fast and for a decent price. I highly recommend them!

I called Fraser's Pluming on Thursday 8pm, got a nice and knowledgable representative name Greg on the line and they arrived the next day at 9am and fixed the issue.

I pray that we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do, I'm calling Rocket Plumbing. Chris came out quickly on an emergency sewage backup in the guest bathroom in April. He did a thorough and efficient job, explained what the issues were, and advised that our landlords should get the carpet steam cleaned.

7 months later, we had another backup from the washing machine drain. The landlord called, and Brian must have been concerned given how upset the landlord was, and pulled Chris off another job to come out and fix the situation immediately.

Chris cleared the blockage, used booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty, and was sympathetic to the fact that our landlord first tries to blame us (the tenants) for when stuff breaks at their unit, even though the place is over 12 years old and hasn't had plumbing maintenance done once. (We have the place cleaned weekly and also are careful to collect hair, Kleenex and compost material to throw out in the garbage instead of down sinks or toilets... I mean, we've lived in houses built in the 1920s in the Northeast, where pipes are riddled with tree roots, so we KNOW not to throw things down drains/toilets!)

I give Chris a ton of credit because I think he may have an injury or physical handicap, but he was easily able to maneuver the washer/dryer units and get his heavy snake equipment up and down the stairs. (I have very little upper body strength, so am pretty much worthless when it comes to lifting heavy equipment.)

This is a 5-star operation.

I will be recommending them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. As a former homeowner, I've worked with plenty of contractors before, but these guys tell it like it is, give you a fair quote, show up on time, and get the work done. And they didn't even ask for a positive review, which I thought was classy as well. Thank you, Chris and Brian!!
