Had a great experience with New Generation Plumbing. I was pleasantly greeted by a real person to make my appointment. My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. I worked with Martín and Charlie who were both VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Service took place a few weeks ago but they left such a good impression that I had to come back around to leave a review. Called them to look at a few issues we’d been experiencing in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully expected to book about a week out but they came within the hour! Good sign #1. They found that they actually weren’t the right folks for the job and transparently told me so. Great sign # 2. Because we’d been having such great convo, they offered to fix what they could in the kitchen (it was a manufacturing issue) so that the trip wasn’t for naught and they DID! Excellent sign #3. Had leak in GE water softener. Technician could not fix the unit but rerouted water pipe so I can use water in the house. He also gave me general information on water filtration and treatment systems. Very informative. They are a little expensive but I was glad they were able to come on July 4 weekend.
