Best Water Heater Repair in Los Angeles CA

I used Red Lilly for the first time last month. Their plumbers showed up within ten minutes of the quoted time frame that dispatch had given me. The two plumbers were quick, efficient and had a great sense of humor. They got the job done right the first time. I will definitely call on them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had a main water line emergency. Victor and Gestlin came out to repair the water leak in a hurry. Within a couple of days and over the weekend, the waterline was finished and I had water in my house. I wasn't happy with the main water pipe installation which was outside a retaining wall as I always felt professional plumbing, pipes are always hidden away from view. Victor knew I was not completely satisfied with the job, so they came back move the pipes inside the wall and out of view. This level of customer service is not common in the construction industry. Overall, I recommend this business and crew to everyone.

The work was done effectively. When I called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Los Angeles Inc customer service, they briefly described the dynamics. The dispatcher was very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend their business.

We bought a new house and on the inspection day we got to know that there is some problem in the sewer. Our realtor recommended us about GR plumbing and they came and fixed it before we moved in. They understood the urgency and fixed it for us.

Wow... amazing. I called this company LAST MINUTE because ORIGINALLY we scheduled a a DIFFERENT Plummer to visit today at 12PM with another company.... the time being 4:08PM, and they are still not here... they told us 30 min, 40 min, and then another 30 min 40 min...

ANYWAY I CALLED NAUTILUS PLUMMING and I told them the situation of our kitchen sink leak... and how the original Plummer has still not shown up... and they had a 5-6PM slot open.. but could see if they can come out earlier. I received a call 10 min after scheduling and was told they could come out in 15 minutes... and they showed up EXACTLY on time!!! I am SO HAPPY.... I want to almost cry.. lol... anyway I recommend this company 100 percent!!!

Leonard has been a huge help to us fixing up our new home. He can repair, replace, upgrade anything. We have used Ford plumbing for years and have always happy with their work. Recently our very old water heater went out. We called and Santi came out. He was terrific! He assessed the situation and knew exactly what we needed. He determined he could replace the old one with the same manufacturer and size. He immediately made sure we were taken care of and the next day we had a new water heater.

The installation went perfectly. Dino and Johnny along with Santi were wonderful. I hardly knew they were there. They were respectable, friendly, professional and did a beautiful job. They even hauled away our old water heater. We now have hot water back and we will definitely be calling Ford Plumbing again if we need their services.

We highly recommend this company from the front office to all of the people involved in the work.

I called Speedy Stephens Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal and Luis was sent out. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the steps to me in detail. He was also very friendly and professional. He was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and Luis.

I give them a 2 star because they were quick. Although these guys are scammers, I needed a Thermocouple changed out and they charged $200 (they quoted $250 but when I asked after they were done if it really cost that much, the older guy (Gary?) wanted to make it out like he was giving me a deal.
The whole time Gary was complaining how difficulty it was to do, this and that - even the screws at the end were so difficult to line up to get screwed back in I thought it was going to give him a heart attack - they even tried at one one saying we might need a new water heater, or they needed to rotate the heater to gst to where they needed to be - absolutely bullshit.
We do have hot water again but I am pretty positive I could have done it for at least half that price.
Save our money and look elsewhere.

Rocket Plumbing came out today to repair the drain in my bath tub. They did an excellent job and even explained how I can keep the drain running properly with regular maintenance! Happy to recommend them to other home owners!
