We had the unfortunate need to replace a sewer pipe from the house to the street. I started calling to get bids on replacing it. These guys not only quoted us a few grand less, they were able to complete the work WITHOUT a messy yard trench, in ONE DAY versus the week I was told by the other companies. You can't even tell they were here.

I've since called them for a couple of small fixes. They fix it in the blink of an eye. They are so nice and cool and you don't hesitate to call them with emergencies or small jobs.

Jimmy Sr.'s father was also a plumber and my father called him for his plumbing work. Fast forward to the next generation and when I found out Jimmy had followed in his dad's foot steps it was a no brainer. Although I'm leaving this single review, I've actually used Sunset West many times over the years for plumbing repairs around the house. They're polite, timely, communicative and honest. It's been great to see their business grow and grow because they really do take care of their customers and deserve it!

Had a bathroom I needed repiped, which was a semi-urgent project for me. Fraser plumbing repiped the whole bathroom for me that same day. Very fast work! I had used them before for a major bathroom and kitchen remodel, and again they were very fast, and have not had a problem with those pipes since. A bonus is they would call me to let me know they would be late, a courtesy that a lot of companies don't consider these days.
