The previous job was replacing the water heater with a tankless one to give me more room in the kitchen for washer dryer. They always do a beautiful job, whatever they do for me. I love them ?

We called about a gas leak at our home. Oliver was extremely condescending, explaining what he was going to do in great detail for 30 minutes. I appreciate someone explaining what they will do, but 30 minutes is ridiculous. I could have received a 5- or maybe 10-minute explanation, then he should have started working. They charge by the hour, so he proceeded to work for 6.5 hours on something that should have taken about 3 hours according to 3 other plumbers. He left early evening on Friday saying he needed to get a part and that we would be his top priority on Monday morning. After not being able to reach anyone on Monday morning well past the time he advised he would call, I was advised that he had gone to another emergency appointment instead. Really...?!
I would never use this company again. They are a rip-off and waste time through inefficiency and lack of consideration for their clients who did not have any gas for 4 days.

I interviewed a few plumbers. Leonard is very knowledgeable about all kinds of plumbing. I have a historic house with old fixtures and Leonard was able to assess the problem and give me options. He starts with the easiest fix, taking it apart and seeing the problem and fixing it instead of replacing it. I get to keep the historic fixtures in my historic house. Leonard is very personable and clear about what he needs to do. I'm telling all my friends.

We have an old house with an old breaker box. This morning one of the breakers tripped and left 75% of the house in the dark, which included the kitchen. The technician came well within the given appointment estimated time and evaluated the situation and gave us our options. Basically we had too many wires going to too few breakers. He removed the old breakers and replaced them with new ones that was able to satisfy our load. He was very polite and professional and provided some suggestions for the near future.
