John came out to unclog my kitchen sink and replace my garbage disposal on a Friday evening during the holidays. I called around 4pm after discovering my sink wasn't draining properly, and instead just streaming water directly through the bottom of the garbage disposal unit into my cabinet. He was very personable, nice to chat with and quick. He had all the parts in his truck already to replace it. I would not hesitate to call him again for future plumbing needs. thanks!

About 10 mins the plumber from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC determined that a wire to my pilot light needed to be replaced. 5 minutes later Ignacio showed up to check on things.

My water heater broke down and one of our family friends referred us to GR plumbing. We immediately called them and fixed an appointment. Everything went well and they repaired the water heater for the price we discussed, definitely calling them again.

This post is to acknowledge the excellent consultation I received on my wall heater repair by a Ford’s Technician. He was courteous, informative, and honest; how refreshing. I will be calling Ford’s again to upgrade my heating system in the future.

I give them a 2 star because they were quick. Although these guys are scammers, I needed a Thermocouple changed out and they charged $200 (they quoted $250 but when I asked after they were done if it really cost that much, the older guy (Gary?) wanted to make it out like he was giving me a deal.
The whole time Gary was complaining how difficulty it was to do, this and that - even the screws at the end were so difficult to line up to get screwed back in I thought it was going to give him a heart attack - they even tried at one one saying we might need a new water heater, or they needed to rotate the heater to gst to where they needed to be - absolutely bullshit.
We do have hot water again but I am pretty positive I could have done it for at least half that price.
Save our money and look elsewhere.

Highly recommend Miguel and the New Pro team. He was very responsive and agreed to come within two hours that evening to help us address the issue with our garden spigot. Once he arrived, he was friendly, professional and fixed the problem quickly. He also offered a few recommendations for other areas that should be addressed in the future. Much appreciated!

Eric was on time and ready to gonto work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked fast and efficiently. He also showed concern that the that had been done before may not have been correct. After informing me what it would take to correct we agreed to the extra work and he did what he could to save me too much extra cost. Eric was enjoyable to work with and I would highly recommend you ask for him personally. All and a good experience and I feel better now about my electrical system.
