I had a bad plumbing issue in my shower that made a huge mess. During the holidays I called Red Lilly and they were out that same day with an evaluation and in the next day to fix it. They gave good advice as to what parts to buy, and fixed up everything so it was as good as new. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

It was a Sunday morning. My son and I had breakfast and then sat on the floor to watch some cartoons. I felt the floor was a little warm. When I looked closely, there was water seeping out from the floor. I immediately called John’s Plumbing. John arrived within 45 minutes. He explained to me the process of repairing the pipe and gave me a great price. I ended up putting new copper pipes throughout the whole. John was always very professional and finished the entire project on time. I will recommend John’s plumbing to all my friends and family.

The team, our plumber saved the night. He was professional and competent. Rate was reasonable, considering we needed after hour service to unclog the sewer line to get toilet and tub working again. Thankfully my husband had already removed the toilet from the floor to access the sewer line, bit clog was too deep for him to get to, but if he had not removed toilet and then replaced it after The technician left, then gets much more expensive.

JW Heating & Air is a quality company. Every experience I have had with them has been positive. They installed my system. They maintain it and repair it. The technicians are courteous and conscientious. Today, Marco was able to get my AC to work. It was not an easy job, but he was persistent and worked against the odds to get it fixed. They came when they said they would and communicated well. But for a night-time sewer rooter job they were very expensive.

My bathroom tub and toilet were clogged and was causing water to leak through the floor and on to the next level. This all happened on a Sunday and they were able to send someone out asap. Narciso came and was fantastic! He was very friendly and professional. He fixed the clog quickly and was very neat. Narciso even wanted an update after I patched up the ceiling that was previously leaking! I will definitively will be using him again!
