Everyone who works at RL is great. They were respectful (especially during the time of Covid), wearing masks etc. They got the work done quickly, efficiently and were very easy to deal with! I highly recommend them to anyone who has any sort of plumbing issue!

I had the best experience with Jake and the two plumbers, Juan and Carlos. I had them change my tank water heater for a tank-less unit and I couldn't be happier. I give them a 2 star because they were quick. Although these guys are scammers, I needed a Thermocouple changed out and they charged $200 (they quoted $250 but when I asked after they were done if it really cost that much, the older guy (Gary?) wanted to make it out like he was giving me a deal.
The whole time Gary was complaining how difficulty it was to do, this and that - even the screws at the end were so difficult to line up to get screwed back in I thought it was going to give him a heart attack - they even tried at one one saying we might need a new water heater, or they needed to rotate the heater to gst to where they needed to be - absolutely bullshit.
We do have hot water again but I am pretty positive I could have done it for at least half that price.
Save our money and look elsewhere.

Had a major plumbing issue in my house. I contacted Rocket Plumbing that morning, the customer service was great and they got a plumber right out to my home. They were very professional, courteous and explained exactly what the problem was and what would need to be done to repair the issue. I would definitely use Rocket again for all my plumbing issues and would suggest you do the same.
