John came out to unclog my kitchen sink and replace my garbage disposal on a Friday evening during the holidays. I called around 4pm after discovering my sink wasn't draining properly, and instead just streaming water directly through the bottom of the garbage disposal unit into my cabinet. Thankfully my husband had already removed the toilet from the floor to access the sewer line, bit clog was too deep for him to get to, but if he had not removed toilet and then replaced it after The technician left, then gets much more expensive.

Roto-rooters charged me $800 for a clogged pipe only for it to have problems again the next day. Someone else from roto-rooters came back and said it would cost $11,000 only to fix with hydrojet etc, but with no warranty and no guarantee that it wouldn't clog again. He pressured me to make the decision to order the work before he left (clearly now I know why), and I insisited that I wanted to think about it first. I ended up calling someone else and he only charged me $800 for the same service with the hydrojet and he gave me a 1-week warranty.

I called them up about a year ago to install one of those Pelican whole house water filter/softeners and I can safely say these guys do the job right the first time! They were able to schedule the installation within a week of coming out to do an estimate, which itself was one a day or two after I called, got the whole job done in a reasonable amount of time and pretty close to the original estimate (stuff happens underneath old houses with old pipes and then suddenly you need a new section of pipe; it is what it is). No problems with the filter since and, if I have the need in the future, I'll definitely call them up again.

I called Rocket Plumbing and they came out right away. Sam came to unclog my kitchen sink. I also had a broken pipe. Sam was great! He explained everything and left to get parts. Came back quickly. I think he did a great job. He dropped the price. I wasn't expecting the broken pipe. He replaced it with a better pipe. I am very pleased with the work he did and how clean he left everything. I would absolutely recommend them. Rocket Rocks!
