This is a great company! Been around for decades for good reason.

Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. It is rare to find people like Carlos and Martin and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber and will recommend to all my friends. From the bottom of my heart thanks so much guys! Awesome job!!!

We had a sewer problem and call John’s plumbing. John came over and did camera inspection by showing me exact location where it needs to be fixed. The camera inspection was the right tool for my issue they knew exactly what to do and did a great job for a very short period of time. I am Extremely satisfied.

We had a bad sewer issue and had to get it solved quickly. After reading many good reviews about GR Plumbing, I figured I should call them. The first thing they did was video inspection of the sewer. I was impressed by how well they handled the whole situation.

Our toilet stopped flushing. They fixed the problem but said to call if it happened again. It did the next day and they were so kind on the phone. They came back out that same day and fixed the problem (hopefully for good) at no additional cost. I recommend them!

Mr. Lopez is a life saver! I had a complicated issue with recently remodeled condo leaking to the unit below from a new toilet installed by my contractor. These guys are great - they have done work for me in the past and this time Edgar and Francisco did the work. Oscar and his partner were good. I didn’t need a new toilet but they told me I should get one. They charged me $900. I think you can find a better deal elsewhere.

We had needed a plumber so when we went online we found s plumber here. We had got some pricing over the phone and they had given us some crazy prices for some work. They seemed highly overpriced and after asking around found much better offers. The point is do your homeowner homework first before hiring an overpriced plumber

I am very happy with the plumbing service that New Flow Plumbing provided me last week.
My shower won't drain and I kept plunging but no change.
New flow plumbing came on time, Armen was very professional and calm, and he fixed my drain clog fast.

Go with someone else, see below:
1. Gave dispatch our address, in the Hills so obviously limited parking, and didn't notify us that a half-size-semi-truck (small moving van) would arrive and need to park in front. Yes, we moved our vehicles from the driveway in advance for him to park off-street but because of the vehicle size would not fit, BTW didn't even try. I was not going to argue with him.
2. Waited for several minutes hoping for two cars on the street to move for the half-semi size plumbing truck to have space.
3. Then spoke to plumber waiting in truck for additional options with parking and he started to argue with me and actually begin to tell me how I should be more prepared for their arrival.
4. At that point I said thank you but we will go with another company. He drove away hastily.
5. Guess what, a few minutes later a parking spot in front of our place opened up so I called the company back for another chance and to reschedule.
6. They transferred me to the manager and he said, sorry the plumber is long gone now. The manager didn't even ask me to reschedule or apologise for the miscommunication... I hung up and called another plumbing company.
Hope this review helps the company in the future. For now, hope this review helps other residents stay away from improperly managed businesses, etc.

This company said they would warranty their work, said they be out to make a repair canceled on us then rescheduled, then forgot they rescheduled so rescheduled again, and then shows up several hours after they told you they would be there…. Not a very reliable company when it comes to warranty work at least!
