Had a great experience. Scheduled our plumber, they had an availability that was earlier - gave us a call to see if wanted service sooner, which we did. They came sooner than expected unclogged our drain within 15 minutes. Service guy was real nice to you.

Go with someone else, see below:
1. Gave dispatch our address, in the Hills so obviously limited parking, and didn't notify us that a half-size-semi-truck (small moving van) would arrive and need to park in front. Yes, we moved our vehicles from the driveway in advance for him to park off-street but because of the vehicle size would not fit, BTW didn't even try. I was not going to argue with him.
2. Waited for several minutes hoping for two cars on the street to move for the half-semi size plumbing truck to have space.
3. Then spoke to plumber waiting in truck for additional options with parking and he started to argue with me and actually begin to tell me how I should be more prepared for their arrival.
4. At that point I said thank you but we will go with another company. He drove away hastily.
5. Guess what, a few minutes later a parking spot in front of our place opened up so I called the company back for another chance and to reschedule.
6. They transferred me to the manager and he said, sorry the plumber is long gone now. The manager didn't even ask me to reschedule or apologise for the miscommunication... I hung up and called another plumbing company.
Hope this review helps the company in the future. For now, hope this review helps other residents stay away from improperly managed businesses, etc.

The best ? if they can't clear it, you don't have to Pay.

Called Thursday night about a water heater problem. Plumber arrived 15 minutes early Friday morning, inspected the situation, provided an estimate both of money and time. Finish the job on time, charge was as estimated. He noticed something in the process that wasn't part of the estimate, fixed it anyway - no additional charge. That's been my experience with them before. Mike diamond isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I called because the Gas Co determined I had a leak in my main line. I was very clear about the service I needed. Dispatch promised someone out within an hour.

When the guys arrived they wouldn't even get out of their truck! Oh, the Gas Co told you this and that .. we can do that ... we have to call someone else and blah blah blah because we can't be liable. 2 minutes later they were on their way.

I called the manager to complain and he said we don't offer that service. I was so very clear about what was needed. Don't waste your time with this company.

DO NOT USE MIKE DIAMOND PLUMBING. I hired them to install a water filter system. Unknown to me, they installed a very old model and the filters made by the company are no longer made. Therefore, my system was out of date in a few months. I called the manager and he refused to do anything about it. They used old cheap parts that were out of date they became useless in a few months. My advice is to never use this company.

The sane oasis, performance, and honest advice in an otherwise cesspool of iniquity and waste. Pricing is upfront and honest. And THESE GUYS WILL show up, be on time, announce their arrival time prior to visit, and fix your problems. I have used them time and time again, for over a decade. I will always reccomend them 1st.

I do a lot of work for white shoe investors, Hi net worth individuals, certified investors and prominent businessmen. Type A's can be very difficult to manage their expectations. All of my experiences with them have been stellar. I've called them for both day and night, emergency and non emergency, situations. Because when the big guy's toilet is backed up, or their hot water isn't hot anymore, that's stone cold ugly, a major attitude, ballistic mad, and never no glad.
Until the Mike Diamond truck shows up and takes care of business quickly. They diagnose correctly, and if repair parts are needed, they typically have the part with them in their well equipped, and fully stocked truck. They give a F...
They make me look good every single time. For that saneness, peace of mind, expert level work, and follow up, if needed, there is no one else I personally will ever call. Experts fo life. No strife, and if you want SupaPRO, these guys are the 1's who get it past the goal, and they don't ever work slow, and are always good to go. Period.
Lastly, just to be clear about this, I don't work for them, not fam, I have no ownership equity, nor any kickback or wak pac coming my way from a referral.
It is incredibly difficult to find experts, in these days of no one is on 1, or can do a damn thing right. These guys always perform brilliantly, and are THE experts with no attitude, wavy, shady, goofy, or krazy. Honest, Trustworthy, anything of value is safe, they won't steal from you, and are highly educated and motivated to finish as fast as they can.
Try and find that elsewhere in Cali, and I guarantee you will be sorely disappointed.

Yes, I can certainly do what they do, I am a perfectionist in everything I touch. I know no other way to play.
However, I no longer bother, when with 1 phone call it is handled Pro, at a World Class A++ range level. My hat's off, and my most sincere thanks to Mike. You are an incredible businessman. If more businesses operated like yours, LA would be a stellar city.

They say they are the smell good plumber's however that does not include the truck. It smells of bad exhaust and sewer.
