Red Lilly came out within an hour to service an emergency drain backup issue, and I couldn't have had a better experience. The owner himself worked with his assistant, and were very knowledgeable and efficient, and the pricing was perfect. We had a great laughing conversation, and I would absolutely recommend these wonderful real people to everyone.

Fernando made a quick Sunday morning visit to clear our kitchen sink drain. He worked efficiently and made some good recommendations for future work for us to consider in order to keep our plumbing in good condition. Will definitely give them a call again.

I had a toilet leak during the weekend and needed someone to come over quickly. I called several companies, but most either didn't answer the phone or couldn't come the same day. However, when I called John's Plumbing, they were able to come out within a couple of hours to fix the problem. They replaced my toilet quickly and and provided all the necessary documentation for the insurance company, so I was able to get reimbursed right away. Thank you to Victor and John's Plumbing!

Our main line was backed up and our regular plumber didn't have a second guy available to assist in this 2 man job. We called New Pro Plumbing and told them specifically what we needed and that we would need 2 plumbers one of which would need to go on the roof. They told us they could send 2 guys and it would be $100-175 depending on the layout.

ONE plumber showed up, searched all over for a way to fix it without going on the roof then gave me an estimate for over $500! When I called the manager he said the plumber didn't have a ladder so he couldn't go on the roof. I pointed out that we were very specific about what we needed.
I would never hire New Pro Plumbing for anything. They lied about the cost. They lied about who they would send. Then they lied about our phone call. Stay away!

This is the second time I have used Roberto and A-1 and they both are still fantastic. I had suspicious discoloration that looked like a leak. Roberto from La Habra location came out and did a thorough inspection. Gave me peace of mind that there was no leak. Will definitely be using A-1 and Roberto again in the future.

Had a plumbing issue at work where a spigot got stuck on and I couldn’t shut it off. Found the number through Google and got right thru to Ruben; who had Technician Alex call me right away. Alex arrived right on time within 30 minutes and knew exactly what to do to shut off the water and replace the spigot. Amazing service, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing service, especially nighttime emergencies!

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

Called Thursday night about a water heater problem. Plumber arrived 15 minutes early Friday morning, inspected the situation, provided an estimate both of money and time. Finish the job on time, charge was as estimated. He noticed something in the process that wasn't part of the estimate, fixed it anyway - no additional charge. That's been my experience with them before. Mike diamond isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Don't give them your credit card number to hold an appointment time!! They charged $1200 to my card without my authorization, they did no work and gave me estimates of $4600 for work that was not needed. Found Drains unlimited in Culver City and they fixed the real problem for $110. They are fraudulent
