These guys were very quick and efficient with service and delivery. The best part is they DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL. This is unheard of with plumbers , which is the main reason I gave them the job (Sears wanted to charge $90 that would not be credited back for repairs). The pricing was reasonable, as well. The only reason that I didn't give 5 Stars is because the water heater they installed has recieved a lot of bad reviews (cheap product), but it was an emergency fix and I didn't have time to research prior to installation. Live and learn.

Everything about Cali Rooter is top notch. They are professional, on time and prices are decent. Technicians are knowledgeable and willing to explain in detail about any issue you may have about plumbing. I for one have used this company and called during the middle of the night frantic about a faucet leaking and the technician calmed me down and we fixed the problem temporarily over the phone, until the next morning Cali Rooter came to my house and fixed the issue I was having, and it turned out to be a non-emergency issue! Came out when we had an emergency Sewer issue along with three other companies; all three had different solutions and diagnosis. Gonsalo and his team gave us the most confidence and after some discussions he came back out to investigate more. Ultimately we went with him and his team did an excellent job being minimally intrusive, fast, and cleaning up after themselves. One extra appreciation was his willingness to listen to questions and concerns and address them without immediately discounting them. He made a $10k nightmare end as well as a $10k nightmare could!

I had a really terrific experience with David from JW Heating and Air.I have been using them for 20 years now, but this time I needed a lot ofwork done. He explained everything to me in great detail which i really appreciated. He took photos of the problems and showed them to me. I needed a new battery as well as a tray to catch potential water run off. I am also going to get dampers for all of my vents that he said were not well insulated. He always shows up exactly on time, and i like that he takes so much time to explain it everything to me. David is a gem, and I am sure JW values him enormously! When I bought my home 20 years ago, Jeff (the owner) came out to service my house. I never forgot how kind, patient, and honest he was. I've used them ever since.

Leonard has been a huge help to us fixing up our new home. He can repair, replace, upgrade anything. Jose came to help replace a faucet, snake a drain, and replace a broken check valve. He is an exceptional plumber - courteous, responsible, punctual and fairly-priced. During one of the repairs, a hot water recirculation pump had a glitch and stopped working - he promptly came back the following morning to get it sorted out.
