I called for a plumbing emergency (flood) and Art told me he'd be here in 30 minutes for a free estimate. He called an hour later and told me he'd be another 20 minutes. I told him I had another company coming to provide an estimate and whoever got here first would get the business. He then told me he didn't want to waste his time and hung up. Not a very nice guy or respectable businessman. Beware!

My old Noritz from 2007 had another heat exchanger failure. Rather than replace the old copper style heat exchanger, I opted to upgrade to the current design with stainless steel (and 25 year warranty). I had used Monkey Wrench Plumbing in 2014 and instantly thought of them for this new work. This is a honest plumbing company. We reached out to dozens of plumbing companies when we had a active water leak. Only they responded within 30 minutes. They dispatched the father daughter team that located the leak, and remained on the job for over 5 hours until the job was done. It is refreshing to find a truly honest family business that has brand new vehicles, loaded with all the tools needed to complete any job. They care and have integrity, which is rare. We recommend them and will use them again.
