They were very professional and pleasant from the office staff to supervisors, plumbers and specialists. They explained each problem and gave options on the repairs. I believe it was a fair price for an extensive amount of plumbing work,,,from our drain all the way to the sewer line in the street. Their work was extremely neat, they cleaned up daily and they did an excellent job patching the street. We are extremely satisfied.

Excellent service! Fernando came to my unit to unclog the drain in my bathtub (due to water backing up into my tub from another unit in the building) and did it with EXCELLENT customer service. He explained what he was going to do and why, then shared what he did and how the system worked. Fernando empathized with my emergent situation and was kind throughout the service call. Luis Castillo was professional and made sure that we understood every bit of what he was recommending to ensure our new tankless water heater would be repaired and at its most efficient. We were given flexible options to make just the fix or to add to the fix certain necessary upgrades. We appreciate the flexibility that allowed us to take our budget into consideration. Monkey Wrench is a bit on the pricier end but we believe it is because they are more thorough and upfront about the project, their services and the cost it will take perform them. They don't underbid to get the work and then nickel and dime their clients while doing the job--we paid exactly what the job was estimated to cost. We are confident that they get the job done right and if any issue(s) happen to come up, they will be responsive and stand by their work.

Our toilet stopped flushing. They fixed the problem but said to call if it happened again. It did the next day and they were so kind on the phone. They came back out that same day and fixed the problem (hopefully for good) at no additional cost. I recommend them!

We used Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company for a problem we had with our new home. When what was originally an extra drain plug became more stubborn and a twisted pipe was just a short term fix, we did some research and found Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company. From the first phone call to the end of the project, everyone we contacted was courteous, professional and very respectful of our time. They ran the drain with cameras and showed me what was wrong with the sewage system and gave us some ways to fix it. We never felt pressured and they were very quick to reassemble the outlines and set new traps. I pray that we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do, I'm calling Rocket Plumbing. Chris came out quickly on an emergency sewage backup in the guest bathroom in April. He did a thorough and efficient job, explained what the issues were, and advised that our landlords should get the carpet steam cleaned.

7 months later, we had another backup from the washing machine drain. The landlord called, and Brian must have been concerned given how upset the landlord was, and pulled Chris off another job to come out and fix the situation immediately.

Chris cleared the blockage, used booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty, and was sympathetic to the fact that our landlord first tries to blame us (the tenants) for when stuff breaks at their unit, even though the place is over 12 years old and hasn't had plumbing maintenance done once. (We have the place cleaned weekly and also are careful to collect hair, Kleenex and compost material to throw out in the garbage instead of down sinks or toilets... I mean, we've lived in houses built in the 1920s in the Northeast, where pipes are riddled with tree roots, so we KNOW not to throw things down drains/toilets!)

I give Chris a ton of credit because I think he may have an injury or physical handicap, but he was easily able to maneuver the washer/dryer units and get his heavy snake equipment up and down the stairs. (I have very little upper body strength, so am pretty much worthless when it comes to lifting heavy equipment.)

This is a 5-star operation.

I will be recommending them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. As a former homeowner, I've worked with plenty of contractors before, but these guys tell it like it is, give you a fair quote, show up on time, and get the work done. And they didn't even ask for a positive review, which I thought was classy as well. Thank you, Chris and Brian!!
