Red Lilly came out within an hour to service an emergency drain backup issue, and I couldn't have had a better experience. The owner himself worked with his assistant, and were very knowledgeable and efficient, and the pricing was perfect. We had a great laughing conversation, and I would absolutely recommend these wonderful real people to everyone.

Jake and Fernando had a very difficult job because they had to tell me the work that I had done 5 years ago was so bad that the plumbers that did it should have their licenses revoked. Other than the fact that my rose bush will probably not recover, they did a good job. Only time will tell whether or not they will live up to their life time guaranty but I decided to trust them. I believe they are good guys and deserve your business but DO expect to be surprised at their prices. I'm hoping they were being truthful and fair. If my water bill goes down and I never have to call a plumber again for this section of pipe, I got what I paid for.

Just a few days after they replaced a kitchen faucet, the entire faucet assembly is loose. They simply didn't tighten it, or didn't tighten it correctly. We'll see how fast they are to respondTo this Request to complete the work.Update 1: They responded almost immediately, and have scheduled someone for within the hour. This is good.

John came out to unclog my kitchen sink and replace my garbage disposal on a Friday evening during the holidays. I called around 4pm after discovering my sink wasn't draining properly, and instead just streaming water directly through the bottom of the garbage disposal unit into my cabinet. He was very personable, nice to chat with and quick. He had all the parts in his truck already to replace it. I would not hesitate to call him again for future plumbing needs. thanks!

Came out the same day to fix our Sewer main which flooded my basement. They replaced 45 feet utilizing trenchless sewer replacement for I think a good price THANKS GR PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment to have my tankless water heaters be checked and have the annual maintenance and cleaning and changes of filters done.
the office quoted $195 ( special promotion) and when the technician (Rick Aguire) arrived after 2 minutes he started convincing me to buy new tankless heaters which would be $12000 ( yes twelve thousand ) and when I said NO he spent over 15 minutes of his valuable and charging time to explain and convince me to do it, even offered my finance to buy!!
after getting frustrated then he said I have to pay $390 because the quote for $195 was for only one unit and it was miscommunication ( which I doubt because the office clearly was told about two units), anyway I accepted, but then he told me that I have to pay separately for the filters ( each one $145) I was really disappointed and just wanted to get it over with because I am a physician and I did not want to waste any more time bargaining with this charlatan, I accepted to pay for filters extra and went inside my house to relax from this toxic atmosphere, after a few minutes I came back and asked him if he changed the filter which he said YES I asked him that I wanted to see the old, dirty filter and he said he put it in his van and I asked him to bring it back and I want to see it which he went to his van and came back and said SORRY I MADE A MISTAKE I THOUGHT MY OTHER TECHNICIAN CHANGED IT WHICH HE DID NOT!!
I asked him I don't want the filter change at all and then he said your filter pump is not working and we can change it for $1800 which I called my son and he googled it was $102 and his plumber would do it for $150
this company is really a dishonest and tooooo expensive

We had Nautilus come out and do some much needed work -- they gave us a great estimate for a complex sewer problem and helped install our washer and dryer on a separate occasion. They give free estimates and Sergio specifically is a great, honest guy, and knowledgable and good at his job. Would recommend to anyone! Five Stars!

We had a leak in a a pipe to our water heater and the company that installed it said they could not respond for a few days. Someone recommended Sunset West so we called them and they were here within a half an hour. Stelios, the plumber who came, fixed the leak quickly and professionally. We had a few more minor plumbing needs and Stelios gladly helped us with all of them and had a great attitude about it. We will definitely use them again.

Leonard is fantastic! He thinks a project through and comes up with the perfect solution every time. He is always on time, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend him.

I was a little hesitant to call a plumber being female but my leak wasn't going to fix itself. I was very pleased when I opened to the door to a warm smile. I was offered different economical options. This also made me feel secure that I wasn't being taken advantage of and that I did have some control! Overall the experience was a good one.
