Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

Had major root intrusions in 80' sewer main and decided to try hydrojetting after snaking wasn't getting the job done. Called around to several services who were not clear about what their hydrojetting treatment included as I wanted to be assured that roots would be cleared out and that I'd be able to see the results from video camera. Mr. Speedy gave me straight answers, came out as scheduled and ran the camera and hydrojet together so I could see that each section of roots was cleared. Would highly recommend them.

I called A1 Total Plumbing for a leaking toilet. Melvin was my technician and through the process he brought to my attention a few other issues that needed to be addressed. I agreed to have the issues fixed. It was a challenge for him but he got the job done. He had all the necessary new parts on hand and was finished with the job sooner than I expected. He was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and up front about everything and just a nice guy. I will definitely keep A1 Total Plumbing in my contacts for any future plumbing issues.
