Called this company out on a coupon ruben came out and helped me with my kitchen sink. He was very honest and answered a bunch of questions I had. Right on red Lilly!

Jimmy and his team were professional. They explained every step of the process. The work was done quickly and efficiently. It was the best possible experience for an expensive and stressful issue.

We had a clogged drain, the technichian was on time, well equiped and efficient. He got the job done swiftly and the fee was reasonable. What more could you ask?

We had an earthquake shutoff valve malfunction leaving a unit without gas. I called John's because the guy on the phone sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Victor came out and did a great job with the repair. I would use them again!

Tried calling for emergency plumbing service. With a major leak at midnight. They claim 24 hours and then said someone will come out between 8am-10am in the morning. That is not 24 hour service as I can call any plumber for regular hours and not be charged emergency rates.

Few days ago, I had an emergency in my kitchen as the gas started leaking like anything. I was so much worried when I called up GR Plumbing and soon, a person named Dave arrived promptly at my home who immediately started working on the problem and I had a sigh of relief. I would definitely like to get in touch again if required.

The plumming company arrived on time, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment the same morning. The Plummer in charge I believe his name Alex came in after getting his equipment out of the truck, and went over the paperwork with me. He took a look at the problem, and presented an estimate that was lower than I was quoted by a other plumming companies I called the night before. Alex was very polite and professional. I didn’t feel like I was being hustling at all. I’ve been in Sales for 20 years and he was NOT salesy at all. He made me feel like he was treating me like family!

Before I gave Alex an answer on his quote he politely told me to feel free call around and see if another company could do the job for less if I felt his price was to high but he was ready to fix my problem as soon a possible. That alone earned him some respect.

Knowing the job would probably cost more if I called around I decided to do business with Alex. After the job was done I notice He cleaned up after himself very well. Before he left he asked me if there was anything else I needed. I did mention my toilet sometimes leaks from the back. He took a look and said there was noticing wrong with my toilet just a bolt wasn’t tighten enough. He did not charge me for the quick fix.

I called Ford’s Plumbing on a Saturday evening at 6:00PM. Santiago came out very quickly and the issue was completely resolved by 7:00pm. He was friendly, efficient, and communicated the costs of service upfront. Very thankful for his help. It was a bit expensive, but 100% worth it.

Our property had exceptional service from Jesus and Kyle from Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company Los Angeles, who replaced three water heaters in a single day. Kyle attentively took the time to explain how the systems worked before promptly appearing at the appointed time and working diligently through the installation until it was finished. Kyle was cautious to inspect all plumbing lines for good service following the installation. He insisted on cleaning up after them everywhere they went, and our house was considerably better when he left. Excellent work!

Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

Beware--their street address is only a mailbox store. I will be coming to protest outside their phony street address on Westwood Blvd later this week. Chriscame out to relight my water heater for my tenants. (The tenants found this plumber) I'm not surprised they have locations in Chicago. Wink, wink. They are quite organized So Chris relit the pilot & 2 days later it went out. When I finally got the receipt from the tenants, I saw that Chris had written that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Total.lie. it was installed new in 2010. So when I spoke to Chris, he screamed at me that my water heater was 15 yrs old & he would only come out to put in a new $1400 unit. He was extremely rude and condescending. He even referred to me as, Dear, in a demeaning tone. He also hung up on me. The owner ( person posing as the owner- I believe he is just the front man to deal with customer complaints) offered to have another plumber, Jose, take a look. I waited a week for Jose to come. Of course he backed up Chris's story that my water heater needed replacing. He pretended to try to.light the pilot. Bad acting job. I found an honest plumber that was going to replace my water heater, but when he saw my unit, he told me I did NOT need a new water heater. He serviced my unit & gave me a warranty. It's good there are some honest people around, but don't bet on finding any honest people at Rocket Plumbing. They are out to get the most $ they can out of you. Warning they have locations all over Southern California. Avoid Avoid Avoid
