Called them on Sunday for service and they showed up in 10 minutes, did a great job & charged a very reasonable rate. Other plumbing companies were trying to charge a hiked up rate for Sunday service.

Jimmy Sr.'s father was also a plumber and my father called him for his plumbing work. Fast forward to the next generation and when I found out Jimmy had followed in his dad's foot steps it was a no brainer. Although I'm leaving this single review, I've actually used Sunset West many times over the years for plumbing repairs around the house. They're polite, timely, communicative and honest. I have used them previously to repair toilet flange, and now I faced a clogged drain. Called them, they sent Jose to fix my drain issue. he was quick. I also had a leaky garbage disposal which they recommended installing a new one, i will give them a call very soon, thank you.
