This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. Had a shower head break and a shower not able to turn off as a result around 11:30pm. I called JB plumbing because we couldn’t figure out how to turn off our water. He actually answered his phone (something several other companies that said they had 24hr services didn’t do) and was extremely professional and kind to help us get the water off over the phone. Definitely recommend giving them a call.
