Bryan (Technican) was truly wonderful. Super respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. Diagnosed and fixed the issue very fast. For the repair and service the cost was fair but be careful of their add ons and up sells. Bryan was by no means pushy but the company model seems to be to add on certain items that feel a bit unnecessary. I ended up passing on the add on items and just went with the bandaid repair due to the high cost of the extra options. All in all, I would use them again and very happy I went with them. Ask for Bryan If he’s available. I wish all service calls went as smoothly as this one.

Our water heater tank died on Thursday, before the long weekend for Veterans Day. The representative dispatched a technician, whom arrived within an hour. He confirmed our suspicions that we needed a new tank; ours was nearly ten years old, and he had the old tank removed and the new one installed fairly quickly.

Do not hesitate to call Alex at L.A. Drain Inspections & Repairs for your plumbing needs. I found his company after reading the great reviews and was in serious need for immediate help. Our home had been under extensive renovations for over a year, and with a couple of weeks left before we moved in, found out out sewer line was completely blocked. After going through a different plumber, who was unable to dislodge the blockage or provide accurate information on our line, we decide to hire L.A. Drain Inspections & Repairs.
Alex came out the next day to with his team and video, he provided us with a reasonable quote to install a proper clean-out for the main line in our backyard (huge plus for future needs) and have a hydro jetting professional come with better equipment for the job. Alex warned us that this may uncover a serious and costly $$$$ problem if it was a broken connection to the main line, but best case would be he can clear it with the hydro jet.
The following Monday he was onsite to do the work and within a couple of hours, had dug the hole, replaced the pipe and was successful in clearing the blockage of roots. My family and I are able to move on with our final inspections and move in to our new home without delays. Alex saved our project, and my relief and happiness was overwhelming. I can't thank Alex and his team of professionals enough for their great work!!
We will continue to use them for maintenance and any future plumbing needs.

I called Ford’s Plumbing on a Saturday evening at 6:00PM. Santiago came out very quickly and the issue was completely resolved by 7:00pm. He was friendly, efficient, and communicated the costs of service upfront. Very thankful for his help. It was a bit expensive, but 100% worth it.

I had a hot water pipe leaking underneath the house. I called the company and Greg promptly came over. He and his colleagues replaced a water pressure regulator because it wasn't working and replaced a portion of the copper pipe that was leaking. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.
