Just a few days after they replaced a kitchen faucet, the entire faucet assembly is loose. They simply didn't tighten it, or didn't tighten it correctly. We'll see how fast they are to respondTo this Request to complete the work.Update 1: They responded almost immediately, and have scheduled someone for within the hour. This is good.

The plumming company arrived on time, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment the same morning. The Plummer in charge I believe his name Alex came in after getting his equipment out of the truck, and went over the paperwork with me. He took a look at the problem, and presented an estimate that was lower than I was quoted by a other plumming companies I called the night before. Alex was very polite and professional. I didn’t feel like I was being hustling at all. I’ve been in Sales for 20 years and he was NOT salesy at all. He made me feel like he was treating me like family!

Before I gave Alex an answer on his quote he politely told me to feel free call around and see if another company could do the job for less if I felt his price was to high but he was ready to fix my problem as soon a possible. That alone earned him some respect.

Knowing the job would probably cost more if I called around I decided to do business with Alex. After the job was done I notice He cleaned up after himself very well. Before he left he asked me if there was anything else I needed. I did mention my toilet sometimes leaks from the back. He took a look and said there was noticing wrong with my toilet just a bolt wasn’t tighten enough. He did not charge me for the quick fix.

Ford's Plumbing came out on time and addressed the issue, professionally and direct with the solution. I was not pressured about anything. I had many questions which I felt were answered honestly. I felt comfortable about the service and felt that the technician was knowledgeable and had a good attitude. Many times the technicians are rushed and make questionable decisions. The Ford's technician left after things were taken care of and even explained which part I would need to get in the future. Thank you for being there. ( I had waited over 4 hours for another plumber to come out and they kept giving me delays) The receptionist was friendly and called me back timely after trying to find someone to come out because I need someone now. They ran the drain with cameras and showed me what was wrong with the sewage system and gave us some ways to fix it. We never felt pressured and they were very quick to reassemble the outlines and set new traps. I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.

You sent a guy that couldn’t fix a tankless water heater? We also had a sink leak under a bathroom and he wanted 500.00 on top of the 200.00 he was charging us to fix it. Your company didn’t tell me about any specials which I found online myself. 120.00 waste of time.
We hired Task Rabbit…… the guy was professional and fixed all our problems for under 200.00. I will never call your company again!
