Everything about Cali Rooter is top notch. They are professional, on time and prices are decent. I for one have used this company and called during the middle of the night frantic about a faucet leaking and the technician calmed me down and we fixed the problem temporarily over the phone, until the next morning Cali Rooter came to my house and fixed the issue I was having, and it turned out to be a non-emergency issue! Since the first time I had John complete some work at my house, he is always my go-to plumber. He has repaired a dripping faucet, replaced an entire kitchen faucet, fixed a leak within our closet wall, replaced our electric water heater, and I have even had hime repair a few leaks and issues at a property I manage (perhaps I missed a job, but hopefully this shows how dynamic he is in his work). Needless to say, he is talented in his trade.
As for quality of work, I must say that his work is exceptional - keeps the area clean by covering the flooring, repairs are also done cleanly and precisely. He also recommends repairs or products that he himself would use, or that he can guarantee. His response time is often quite quick as well.
He explains every detail calmly: what the problem is and the best way to go about fixing the issue, how the job will be done, what you can expect - time and quality. Some service providers may try to rush the evaluation, speak quickly to move on, push to confirm a job, or even talk down to my questions, but John is very calm, patient, and just sincere. His best qualities are his politeness and honesty, so please, if you hire him, be polite and honest.

Do not hesitate to call Alex at L.A. Drain Inspections & Repairs for your plumbing needs. I found his company after reading the great reviews and was in serious need for immediate help. Our home had been under extensive renovations for over a year, and with a couple of weeks left before we moved in, found out out sewer line was completely blocked. After going through a different plumber, who was unable to dislodge the blockage or provide accurate information on our line, we decide to hire L.A. Drain Inspections & Repairs.
Alex came out the next day to with his team and video, he provided us with a reasonable quote to install a proper clean-out for the main line in our backyard (huge plus for future needs) and have a hydro jetting professional come with better equipment for the job. Alex warned us that this may uncover a serious and costly $$$$ problem if it was a broken connection to the main line, but best case would be he can clear it with the hydro jet.
The following Monday he was onsite to do the work and within a couple of hours, had dug the hole, replaced the pipe and was successful in clearing the blockage of roots. My family and I are able to move on with our final inspections and move in to our new home without delays. Alex saved our project, and my relief and happiness was overwhelming. I can't thank Alex and his team of professionals enough for their great work!!

Two workers for Ford’s Plumbing, Martin and Israel, replaced all the gas pipes under our house—which was built in 1924, and the pipes were rusty, pitted, and leaking gas. It was a very tough job, because there us hardly any space under the house. But they worked diligently at it for about a week, and it has passed inspection. Everything is working well, and we feel much safer. The two workers were informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the job, and it was a pleasure to have them here.
