I am not a customer of this place but I do have to say they have no respect what so ever for their neighbors/neighborhood. Their business entrance is in a residential area surrounded by apartment complex and every morning at 5 a.m. these guys are yelling, screaming, laughing and slamming doors. Management has been advised of this issue but it has still been going on for months. I understand they have jobs to do and are going to work, but please have some respect for all your surrounding neighbors, especially at those hours.

John and his team are the best. I used their services multiple times and each time recieved the best service and the best price. They deliver what they promise , always on time and they use the latest technology. Highly recommend!

Technician Angel was professional, polite, knowledgeable, personable and arrived on time. Before he began to work, Angel explained what services were going to be performed, LADWP programs available, and when done he shared his findings of our A/C systems. We would be glad for Angel to provide service on the next visit.

I was charged over $500 to do a sewage clean out, and they weren’t able to get the job done and they still charge me the full amount. I will never use this company again

We had a ceiling leak of unclear origin, and he Sunset West technicians persevered until they found the source of the problem. They responded to my questions in a thoughtful way and did not send me a bill until a solution was found. I would use that company again.

I've used Leonard quite a few times now and I've been happy every single time. He's honest and knows how to do a little bit of almost everything it seems, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend him.
