I had a bad plumbing issue in my shower that made a huge mess. During the holidays I called Red Lilly and they were out that same day with an evaluation and in the next day to fix it. They gave good advice as to what parts to buy, and fixed up everything so it was as good as new. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We had the unfortunate need to replace a sewer pipe from the house to the street. I started calling to get bids on replacing it. These guys not only quoted us a few grand less, they were able to complete the work WITHOUT a messy yard trench, in ONE DAY versus the week I was told by the other companies. You can't even tell they were here.

I've since called them for a couple of small fixes. They fix it in the blink of an eye. They are so nice and cool and you don't hesitate to call them with emergencies or small jobs.

I have their card pinned to the fridge and have Gonzalo on my speed dial. I hope to never need a plumber again, but if there's a need for it, I will hire them and no one else.

United sent Art to my house for several jobs: (1) uninstall pendant lights on top of the island and install new ones
(2) install nest video door bell
(3) uninstall broken ballast and install new one.

He moves ladder around the house carefully didn’t make any damages or scratches anywhere and do all the jobs quickly and carefully.
He kept communicating with me through out the pendant light installation to make sure the final angle and length is exactly as I want them to be.

Outstanding response and results. The came out as a second opinion and as a result saved me $10,000 dollars that another company was trying to fraudulently charge me for new plumbing that I didn't need.

Called A-1 they sent out Guillermo Avalos a service technician who arrived about 20 minutes after I called. Guillermo was 100% professional, explained everything that was going on so that I clearly understood the issue. Extremely knowledgeable and understood the situation immediately. He was able to fix the issue unlike Mr. Rooter the company that I called the same day before calling A-1. They said it was unfixable and that I would need to repipe the entire unit for 8k. Guillermo took care of the issue and even followed up with me a few days later. Just FYI stay away from Mr. Rooter.

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

The lack of help I received was unreal. Every question I had in getting help was nothing but I need everything new and spend thousands of dollars instead of him even looking or trying. I called another company and the man was such of good help. I will never call this company again. The crazy thing is the money wasn’t the problem. It was the lack of help and information he was giving. Good service is so hard to come by these days. Smh

Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they did the repair in a timely manner. Over 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this team has exceeded all expectations. Rafael has been in charge of the plumbing of our 1926 house--replacing old pipes, putting in new bathtubs, kitchen sinks, showers, toilets, and faucets in our master bath, guest bath, kitchen. He is on-time, communicative and very professional. He is extremely competent with new and antique fixtures and is able to think outside the box with how to connect our European antique plumbing fixtures with American piping. He interfaces super well with our contractor, and we have a great relationship with him and his team.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I called made an appointment for my water heater. I called to verify my appointment the office person who answered didnt even have my information.
