Red Lilly came out within an hour to service an emergency drain backup issue, and I couldn't have had a better experience. The owner himself worked with his assistant, and were very knowledgeable and efficient, and the pricing was perfect. We had a great laughing conversation, and I would absolutely recommend these wonderful real people to everyone.

Fernando made a quick Sunday morning visit to clear our kitchen sink drain. He worked efficiently and made some good recommendations for future work for us to consider in order to keep our plumbing in good condition. Will definitely give them a call again.

My water heater broke down one fine morning and it is freezing cold outside. I called them and they came in quickly. Truly professionals came in and sorted the things out within a short time frame.

Two visits and no help. Blocked off 3 hours both days to accommodate them. Cancelled on me 1 hour before the latest appointment. Use someone else if you can!

Ted came to my home to give me an estimate for new a/c and heating system. I am very impressed with his knowledge and creative suggestions to solve a few unusual problems. Had a mainline destroyed by roots and heard from a friend about Sunset West so I called them. Jimmy came over that afternoon and snaked it, so that we could last the night. He came back with a hydro jet to clear the line which was unsuccessful bc the line was broken. He quoted me for a complete repipe, replacing the concrete above and didn't charge me for the snake or the hydrojet. The work was done quick and left me a happy client. Have used Sunset West for all my plumbing needs ever since.

The plumming company arrived on time, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment the same morning. The Plummer in charge I believe his name Alex came in after getting his equipment out of the truck, and went over the paperwork with me. He took a look at the problem, and presented an estimate that was lower than I was quoted by a other plumming companies I called the night before. Alex was very polite and professional. I didn’t feel like I was being hustling at all. I’ve been in Sales for 20 years and he was NOT salesy at all. He made me feel like he was treating me like family!

Before I gave Alex an answer on his quote he politely told me to feel free call around and see if another company could do the job for less if I felt his price was to high but he was ready to fix my problem as soon a possible. That alone earned him some respect.

Knowing the job would probably cost more if I called around I decided to do business with Alex. After the job was done I notice He cleaned up after himself very well. Before he left he asked me if there was anything else I needed. I did mention my toilet sometimes leaks from the back. He took a look and said there was noticing wrong with my toilet just a bolt wasn’t tighten enough. He did not charge me for the quick fix.

I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable.
