Knowing that it’s hard to find a plumbing company you can trust and rely on, I believe that I have finally found that company and that company is RED LILLY PLUMBING. I called Red Lilly Plumbing regarding a potential leak in my house as I could hear the hissing sound of water. My house is built on a concrete slab. I scheduled an appointment with Red Lilly Plumbing to come and make an assessment. Giovanni and his manager Ed came over the same day I called, prior to the scheduled appointment to see how the bad the situation could be in case it needed immediate attention. They determined that the leak was indeed in the manifold inside my house and Giovanni and manager Ed provided me with a description of the problem, what needed to be done, what my options were, and an estimate cost range of the options. Shortly after leaving from assessing my problem, I called Red Lilly Plumbing to inform them of the option I was selecting and to have them email me the estimate so that I could get the job started. We scheduled the appointment and on the appointed day, two great looking plumbers came, Anthony S. and Carlos T. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, practice safety, and answered any questions that I had. As Carlos was working to find my property main line they had difficulty at first. Giovanni came over with some instrument to help in locating the main line. After finding the location, we changed the original plan of the repair and came up with a change which meant replacing the existing exterior plumbing with new copper plumbing and pex piping instead of relocating the manifold to a different location. During the day, manager Ed came by to see how the work was progressing to make sure that everyone was on the same page in making the needed repair. Everything was done step by step with detail. Success was achieved when they fixed my leaking issue. I watched both Anthony and Carlos working, and they were very careful, detailed, and made sure the work was done correctly. Following completion, the manager Ed came by to check on the work performed. They did an excellent job. My main leak was fixed but they found a second leak in the manifold which meant additional assessment and repair. I scheduled the appointment with them to come back to find that problem. The same two awesome plumbers came back. Manager Ed also came to talk of the plan to fix the problem. This time they determined that they needed to rerun hot and cold water lines from the manifold to the back end of the house which meant opening up the ceiling and walls to run the lines. Time was spent doing this but they did a careful job. Once the lines were run and connected, the problem was finally fixed. What a relief!! I was very happy with all the work done to resolve my leaking water issues. It’s good to see plumbers working together in making sure that the work is done in the best way possible.
I would highly recommend choosing Red Lilly Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs! They provide excellent service and they work together as a team to resolve issues and to make sure that the workmanship is done well and to the customers satisfaction.

Each job was finished within two days and I would definitely use Red Lilly Plumbing's service again for all my plumbing needs.

I am not a customer of this place but I do have to say they have no respect what so ever for their neighbors/neighborhood. Their business entrance is in a residential area surrounded by apartment complex and every morning at 5 a.m. these guys are yelling, screaming, laughing and slamming doors. Management has been advised of this issue but it has still been going on for months. I understand they have jobs to do and are going to work, but please have some respect for all your surrounding neighbors, especially at those hours.

Our water pressure was too high and was making the pipes sing when we ran hot water. John came the day after we called, identified and fixed the problem quickly.

Rick was able to quickly identify the issue. Unfortunately for me my existing water heat was basically shot. But Rick provided several options and let us know financing was available if needed. Once we chose the new system we wanted, Monkey Wrench got it all installed within hours. Every step of the way was well communicated and explained in detail.

Antonio came by and did a great job of cleaning our AC/Heating System. He also gave us a lot of great tips to keep our system in top shape. He was very polite and kept the work site very clean.

I interfaced with Jacob and Garth. They promptly coordinated with me, stopped by, sent texts/pics were clear what they charging and why! I had a CO leak in the dryer room and the heater had a venting issue. Most of all, I feel like they were honest, trustworthy and seemed to know what they were doing. I will def be calling them again! In fact, Garth said he wanted to follow up as he suspects my bathroom might have a leak. Amazing!!

Harvey and his team at Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company Los Angeles did an outstanding job repairing our clogged sink. He was prompt, courteous and was able to explain the problem in detail. His repair was thorough and he even offered advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future. We are truly thankful for their timely service and professional work.

Andrew arrived within an hour after I contacted his family business. Andrew was professional, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services! He’s now our official local go-to plumber.

Beware--their street address is only a mailbox store. I will be coming to protest outside their phony street address on Westwood Blvd later this week. Chriscame out to relight my water heater for my tenants. (The tenants found this plumber) I'm not surprised they have locations in Chicago. Wink, wink. They are quite organized So Chris relit the pilot & 2 days later it went out. When I finally got the receipt from the tenants, I saw that Chris had written that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Total.lie. it was installed new in 2010. So when I spoke to Chris, he screamed at me that my water heater was 15 yrs old & he would only come out to put in a new $1400 unit. He was extremely rude and condescending. He even referred to me as, Dear, in a demeaning tone. He also hung up on me. The owner ( person posing as the owner- I believe he is just the front man to deal with customer complaints) offered to have another plumber, Jose, take a look. I waited a week for Jose to come. Of course he backed up Chris's story that my water heater needed replacing. He pretended to try to.light the pilot. Bad acting job. I found an honest plumber that was going to replace my water heater, but when he saw my unit, he told me I did NOT need a new water heater. He serviced my unit & gave me a warranty. It's good there are some honest people around, but don't bet on finding any honest people at Rocket Plumbing. They are out to get the most $ they can out of you. Warning they have locations all over Southern California. Avoid Avoid Avoid

We had a pleasant experience with Shawn when our boiler stopped working. He came the next day and fixed the problem but he did say it would only work temporarily and suggested that we purchase another one. Because I was only the tenant I asked that he did not replace it and he tried contacting the landlord but unfortunately had no luck doing so however he did the job and got it working therefore I thank him. As soon as I get a hold of the owner I will have Shawn come back and replace the boiler for me. Thank you, Shawn, you’re awesome.

I had a late night plumbing emergency (kitchen pipe & faucet leak; water everywhere). Miguel responded within the hour and delivered thorough top notch repair work as well as provided an estimate for additional plumbing repairs for my bathroom...couldn’t have asked for a more professional experience.

Although our technician was very nice and respectful ....$145 to change out a dimmer switch was excessive.

I had a problem with my gas stove not igniting, and I contacted Velvet Plumbing Repair for help. The plumbers were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. They also provided me with some tips on how to maintain the stove to prevent future issues. The service was professional, and the price was very fair.
