I named them the A Team because their work was so awesome and very professional. The team, led by Gonsalo, included master plumber George along with David and Julio. They worked very hard and very fast.

The work they did consisted of putting in a new trenchless main sewer line, replacing all the ancient cast iron pipes under the house and replacing all the other pipes and sewer lines that they determined were in need of replacement. They had to dig a hole 11 feet deep in order to connect the new sewer line to the city sewer line. This was a lot of work but they accomplished this task with ease.

When GR Plumbing completes all the work that is in need of repair, you can be assured that all your plumbing problems will be ancient history. When all the work was completed, everything was cleaned up and all the old pipes were hauled away.The job even came with a 25 year warranty on the new sewer line.

I highly recommend GR plumbing because they are extremely professional and do top quality work.

The A/C unit stopped working, and I had to find a company that serviced the Arcadia area. As usual, I posted a request on Angie's List to get some quotes and JW Heating, and Air was the first to respond. Gerardo was very prompt and arrived earlier than I had expected. He was very courteous and got started immediately to diagnose the problem. The best part was that he explained what he was doing each step and was very thorough, documenting with photos at each stage. After the diagnosis, I was given three options as to how to move forward. The compressor and HVAC being almost 20 years old, it was comforting to understand what my options were. In the short term, I needed the unit to function throughout the summer. In the long run, install a brand new system. I would say they are not cheap, but this is one area I would spend a little more money on as safety is always a consideration and you want the job done right the first time as all things considered these systems should easily last 10 to 15 years.

I interfaced with Jacob and Garth. They promptly coordinated with me, stopped by, sent texts/pics were clear what they charging and why! I had a CO leak in the dryer room and the heater had a venting issue. Most of all, I feel like they were honest, trustworthy and seemed to know what they were doing. I will def be calling them again! In fact, Garth said he wanted to follow up as he suspects my bathroom might have a leak. Amazing!!

Absolutely the best service out there. Great guys. Honest, hardworking, top-notch professionals whose work is not only superb, they also know what inspectors require, making their advice invaluable! My old building required a substantial amount of work to pass inspection after a few not so great plumbers had created a mess..and it was just one mess over another mess.. Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. On top of being time effective and highly knowledgeable about their trade, these guys were just incredibly kind, respectful and non-intrusive to the building's tenants, I loved their laid-back Jamaican style and trust me, you will too..they have my highest possible recommendation for their outstanding service, fantastic work and best prices - they got the job done right - the first time - and kindly made the work affordable.
