I had a leak in my main from the water meter to the house, which I didn't discover until I received an eye-popping LADWP water bill. Found them online, locally owned and operated, they responded next day and reviewed the situation. Was repaired in about a week, digging a trench to replace the entire pipe with updated copper. The pipe which failed was the original pipe from the house being built in 1961. Professional and courteous employees and office staff, good price, clear and concise estimates and charges. I recommend them!

Excellent service! Fernando came to my unit to unclog the drain in my bathtub (due to water backing up into my tub from another unit in the building) and did it with EXCELLENT customer service. He explained what he was going to do and why, then shared what he did and how the system worked. Fernando empathized with my emergent situation and was kind throughout the service call. I feel like I made the right decision by hiring this plumber. He promptly addressed the problem and added a new discharge pipe to permanently resolve the problem.

There are Ficus trees in the utility easement so annually we have Sunset West come out to roto the line. It's about 35 steps down to the hill and further down to the base of the retaining wall. They have always communicated well, got the worked completed in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend them.

He did an excellent job, showed up when he said he would, is versatile in his abilities and is a very nice fellow. Also, his price is a great value for the work he does.

I totally concur with the other reviews for L.A. Drain Inspections and Repairs. We had a bad plumbing emergency - kitchen sink that wouldn't drain and kept overflowing whenever upstairs neighbors sharing the same waste line ran water into their sink - and Alex came out on New Years Day (!) and fixed this baffling problem in extremely professional fashion. And he charged less than half of what I was expecting. Highest recommendation.

Christian did an great job, quickly unclogged main line sewer blockage. Alex came by with a camera and confirmed sewer line was clear and both techs made recommendations based in on findings. Would call again if needed.
