Came out when we had an emergency Sewer issue along with three other companies; all three had different solutions and diagnosis. Gonsalo and his team gave us the most confidence and after some discussions he came back out to investigate more. Ultimately we went with him and his team did an excellent job being minimally intrusive, fast, and cleaning up after themselves. Brian and Rocket plumbing have been extremely helpful and knowledgable. My wife and I had no idea that we were supposed to drain and flush your water heater once a year. We have always heard a knocking sound from our old water heater and now we know that it is sediment that can build up a knock around.

He told us not to throw things down our drains that were causing us problems like egg shells and coffee grounds.

It is one thing to just come to someone's home and provide a service, but to give a homeowner the knowledge that will help prevent future problems really set Rocket Plumbing apart from all the other plumbing companies I have dealt with.
