Excellent service! Fernando came to my unit to unclog the drain in my bathtub (due to water backing up into my tub from another unit in the building) and did it with EXCELLENT customer service. He explained what he was going to do and why, then shared what he did and how the system worked. Fernando empathized with my emergent situation and was kind throughout the service call. I had a main water line emergency. Victor and Gestlin came out to repair the water leak in a hurry. Within a couple of days and over the weekend, the waterline was finished and I had water in my house. I wasn't happy with the main water pipe installation which was outside a retaining wall as I always felt professional plumbing, pipes are always hidden away from view. Victor knew I was not completely satisfied with the job, so they came back move the pipes inside the wall and out of view. This level of customer service is not common in the construction industry. Overall, I recommend this business and crew to everyone.

My water heater had some issues and had to be fixed quickly in order to avoid any damage. The GR plumbing people came in and got it fixed. A big thanks for the quick response.

I made an appointment to have my tankless water heaters be checked and have the annual maintenance and cleaning and changes of filters done.
the office quoted $195 ( special promotion) and when the technician (Rick Aguire) arrived after 2 minutes he started convincing me to buy new tankless heaters which would be $12000 ( yes twelve thousand ) and when I said NO he spent over 15 minutes of his valuable and charging time to explain and convince me to do it, even offered my finance to buy!!
after getting frustrated then he said I have to pay $390 because the quote for $195 was for only one unit and it was miscommunication ( which I doubt because the office clearly was told about two units), anyway I accepted, but then he told me that I have to pay separately for the filters ( each one $145) I was really disappointed and just wanted to get it over with because I am a physician and I did not want to waste any more time bargaining with this charlatan, I accepted to pay for filters extra and went inside my house to relax from this toxic atmosphere, after a few minutes I came back and asked him if he changed the filter which he said YES I asked him that I wanted to see the old, dirty filter and he said he put it in his van and I asked him to bring it back and I want to see it which he went to his van and came back and said SORRY I MADE A MISTAKE I THOUGHT MY OTHER TECHNICIAN CHANGED IT WHICH HE DID NOT!!
I asked him I don't want the filter change at all and then he said your filter pump is not working and we can change it for $1800 which I called my son and he googled it was $102 and his plumber would do it for $150
this company is really a dishonest and tooooo expensive

Jake was very fast in un clogg a kitchen sink as an emergency in one of my tenant apt. Very happy he was able to come out tonight. The best customer service by Jake, i will recomend him

Paul was friendly and did an amazing job with all of the last minute fixes that needed to be done. Denise in the office was friendly, and I appreciated the phone calls with updates and keeping my account accurate. Would definitely recommend for all plumbing needs.

He was also very friendly and professional. He was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and Luis.

I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.

I was a little hesitant to call a plumber being female but my leak wasn't going to fix itself. I was very pleased when I opened to the door to a warm smile. I was offered different economical options. This also made me feel secure that I wasn't being taken advantage of and that I did have some control! Overall the experience was a good one. Was a bit nervous when I started searching for a company to install ac in my home. With so many companies charging so much for something that is not worth it, I didn’t know how to go about it. So I started calling around to see what’s up. I came across this company and was suddenly pleased I tell you!! The secretary’s at the office where so nice and had great customer service the few times that I called (customer service is a biggie for me). So I set up an appointment and they sent out Cord so I can get an estimate. He was very polite and had great personality! I ended up contracting them since he went over everything with me and showed me the different prices, I really liked that! He sent out his guys and they installed the ac and they were so professional! They cleaned up after themselves and when they were done it was like they had never been here from how cleaned they left my house. Thank you guys so much for the great service! I would gladly recommend this company and use them again.

My brother thought it would be easy to change the inner workings of a leaky shower valve. So it came off without a hitch but the problem was putting it back together. Finally we gave up and had JB plumbing come over and finish it for us. He had this problem solved in no time at all. Great service and fair price
