Amazing plumbing service

The faucet cartridge in one of our bathtubs was installed incorrectly and we were having a hard time replacing it ourselves. Years of hard water calcium deposits had essentially turned to concrete and when we tried to remove the cartridge it broke into pieces. We needed a quick fix so we could turn our water back on.

I called New Generation and they had a couple of guys out here within about 1 hour. They were funny and professional and explained the problem and how they were going to proceed to fix it. It took them about 1 hour to fully remove the old cartridge and get the new one installed.

We were grateful that they were able to get here so quickly! Thanks guys!

Angel was my technician and he did a great job. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

Total rip-off. Charged $250 to unplug a toilet - which they could not fix. After they were unable to clear the line, they offered to remove the toilet and tryagain for another $750. I called another plumber who fixed the problem for $99. If you use them, make sure you get a firm price BEFORE they come out.

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night, and Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company of Los Angeles sent Harvey out right away. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and he fixed the problem in no time flat. He was also very courteous and professional, and the prices were great. I called them up about a year ago to install one of those Pelican whole house water filter/softeners and I can safely say these guys do the job right the first time! They were able to schedule the installation within a week of coming out to do an estimate, which itself was one a day or two after I called, got the whole job done in a reasonable amount of time and pretty close to the original estimate (stuff happens underneath old houses with old pipes and then suddenly you need a new section of pipe; it is what it is). No problems with the filter since and, if I have the need in the future, I'll definitely call them up again.

I was a little hesitant to call a plumber being female but my leak wasn't going to fix itself. I was very pleased when I opened to the door to a warm smile.
