Ozzy was incredibly helpful and responsive in helping me address an issue with my toilet. I'm honestly blown away at the customer service from this team. I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues to deal with, but I know who I'll be calling if I do.

Called them on Sunday for service and they showed up in 10 minutes, did a great job & charged a very reasonable rate. Other plumbing companies were trying to charge a hiked up rate for Sunday service.

Replaced my kitchen sink faucet and 2 valves. I was shocked at the original quote of $880 for a 2 hor job, but he brought it down to$600 still about $300 more than I expected since I or purchased the faucet. That being said, he was professional and did a great job and perhaps we get what we pay for. I will be more cautions in the future to ask what the estimate will be before ordering a plumber as I would have done it my self rather then give up 2 days pay for him to do the job. But he was fast clean out the next morning after calling at 5pm the day before and it works great. If your handy and have time do it yourself. If you are stressed like me they are worth the call

Needed same day kitchen sink unclogging, they were able to fit me in. What I really appreciated was the plumber gave me a tip after on how to help keep my pipes clear (I'm an older apartment building). Thank you

Service took place a few weeks ago but they left such a good impression that I had to come back around to leave a review. Called them to look at a few issues we’d been experiencing in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully expected to book about a week out but they came within the hour! Good sign #1. They found that they actually weren’t the right folks for the job and transparently told me so. Great sign # 2. Because we’d been having such great convo, they offered to fix what they could in the kitchen (it was a manufacturing issue) so that the trip wasn’t for naught and they DID! Excellent sign #3.
