They were very professional and pleasant from the office staff to supervisors, plumbers and specialists. They explained each problem and gave options on the repairs. I believe it was a fair price for an extensive amount of plumbing work,,,from our drain all the way to the sewer line in the street. Their work was extremely neat, they cleaned up daily and they did an excellent job patching the street. We are extremely satisfied.

John’s plumbing is amazing. I called them on Sunday afternoon and they had their technician out the next morning at the exact time they said they would be there. Not only do they do plumbing but in my cause they fixed the gas line at my home and replaced my automatic gas shut off valve and the price for parts and labor was more than fair. Had the cartridge in my shower leaking and had called a couple of places for pricing to remove the brass nut holding the cartridge in place. The owner of GR Plumbing called me with 2 pricing options depending on if the nut was frozen on or not. He sent out his technician to do the job for me. He removed the nut and the old cartridge, installed the new cartridge and saw that is was leaking, He then spent about 10 minutes cleaning out the calcium deposits in the line so the new cartridge fits snug and no leaks. Would definitely recommend these guys for plumbing jobs.
