Everyone who works at RL is great. They were respectful (especially during the time of Covid), wearing masks etc. They got the work done quickly, efficiently and were very easy to deal with! I highly recommend them to anyone who has any sort of plumbing issue!

John, you're a real hero! I hate dealing with plumbing issues and John was there to the rescue. My main was stuck and I figured I had to go bankrupt right after...but not with this company, he gave me a reasonable price and he got the job done quick. We needed a fair amount of work done to the sewer drain under our house. We sought several estimates and while John’s Plumbing wasn’t the lowest, their rates were reasonable and Victor promised to take care of any issues that might arise as a result of their work (it’s a 100+ year old house so we have to anticipate these things). Victor and his team were expeditious and did the work in a professional manner. Upon digging, they learned the pipe configuration wasn’t entirely as they’d expected but he honored their original quote. We later discovered an issue with an attached pipe that we believe was impacted by the work that had been done, but even though there was no way to be absolutely certain and know for sure, Victor worked out a reasonable arrangement with us and resolved the issue. He was professional and twice demonstrated that he was a man of his word — there’s not much more you can ask for.

Its important to have your tankless water heaters serviced and Nautilus took care of this efficiently and were also able to take care of a leaky faucet that had been irritating us at the same time, especially with there being a severe drought.

This company is amazing. They came over after hours, arrived in about ten minutes and fixed our horrifically clogged toilet in under 5 minutes. And they charged $150 which is a better price than others had quoted. I will definitely be using them again.

I won't be-labor this review with the issues we were facing at our home, but suffice it to say that Todd and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They provided an exhaustive analysis of our plumbing system. Not only did they address the issue at hand but uncovered a number of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Moreover, they were extremely transparent and took the time to help us understand what the issues were, what problems would arise, and cost to repair. Given our budget constraints since we had just purchased the house, Todd helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even worked with us on the cost to repair an item that they correctly felt needed to be addressed immediately.

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. This company replaced our gas line last May. We are having a gas issue: no more heat or hot water. We called them and asked them to come ASAP and they said they will be to our home the next morning. We were waiting. Calling them and finally told us they will not come today but tomorrow. I explained them again he situation and they did not care at all even so the job was still under warranty. Not a reliable and trustful company be aware of it!
If we knew we had to wait so long we would have called another company on day one.

Richard showed up on time and did extra work to get my laundry room drain working.

He also fixed my toilet at a fair price.
