Clogged sink and broken garbage disposal :/

John responded promptly to my sewer backup emergency on a Sunday. He was the only one of five plumbers I called who answered the phone or got back to me. His crew did a thorough investigation with a camera and discovered the source of the blockage. He saved me a lot of grief and prevented more serious damage. A lot of work at a reasonable charge.

I leaked in a shower that we let go for a little too long. Inertia is our worst enemy. We had had someone come out on two different occasions to try and fix it but to no avail. I finally contacted the faucet manufacturer who sent over a replacement part so I just needed to find someone to do the installation.

There was a scheduling conflict and my water heater turned out to have more than one problem, necessitating a couple of different visits and several phone calls. Through all this, their dispatcher, Kevin, ensured the most prompt of responses that he could given the circumstances. Moreover, the plumber who actually did the job, Leo, truly owned the problem. He knew how to diagnose the circuitry problem, ensuring an expensive circuit board wasn't replaced without thoroughly testing and ensuing the demise of the old one, and he successfully found a local source for the replacement, minimizing the down time. He also installed the new heat exchanger and fully tested the system for proper functionality, leaving only after he was completely satisfied with it. And in spite of the fact that these things are expensive, he made every effort to keep the price down as much as possible. This is a highly competent and reliable company, complete with an entertaining mascot.

I woke up Sunday morning to no hot water. After failing to light the pilot light, I called around, but no one had immediate availability. I requested an appointment with Nautilus online and it was confirmed shortly after. The guys arrived early the next day to check out the current system. They explained the issue with my gas heater very clearly (broken part), without pushing any additional work or upgrades. After they left, I called back to inquire about pulling the trigger on a tankless heater instead, and again, the team showed up within the hour to get that measured and quoted. We ended up going tankless, and the install was scheduled for the next day. The work was clean, the team was professional, and the tankless heater looks/works great. I'd recommend Nautilus to anyone - especially those with little knowledge or experience re: plumbing.

I'm thankful for Leo he's always so helpful and knowledgeable he makes sure you understand what he's doing and that you know what your needs are regardiing your unit in a professional manner he does not sugar coat it is what it is that's what I really appreciate about him. I also requested that he come to complete my last inspection today it's always a pleasure because he's awesome individual. GREAT JOB??

Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! They repaired our rain drain system. The drain was being pushed so hard into the foundation it ended up cracking and broke the 90 degree pipe fitting. Lovely work!

He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave me excellent advice about how to prevent future problems. He was also able to complete the repair quickly and affordably. I had a hot water pipe leaking underneath the house. I called the company and Greg promptly came over. He and his colleagues replaced a water pressure regulator because it wasn't working and replaced a portion of the copper pipe that was leaking. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.
