Gonzalo & his team did a fast & excellent job of replacing my 70 year old clay sewer pipe. They inserted a trenchless new flexible sewer pipe that ran under my driveway & under the street to the city sewer line with a 20 year guarantee. Impact on my front yard was minimal, with just 2 holes, one in the flower bed and one in the lawn. They finished the job in one day and after they cleaned up, you could barely tell it had looked like a construction site just hours earlier! He also installed new toilets so now I don't have to worry about toilet clogs and tree roots causing blockages in my sewer line. I'm super satisfied with the price, speed, and excellent communication working with Gonzalo.

Latest service was helping me get apartment ready to show. Hooked up my stove, dishwasher and washer dryer. The previous job was replacing the water heater with a tankless one to give me more room in the kitchen for washer dryer. They always do a beautiful job, whatever they do for me. I love them ?

Mario, the field advisor, was professional, courteous, gave his honest opinion, and explained things well (cost, best options for AC). I'd asked 3 other companies to assess our home for AC and none of them said they could do the job (our furnace and duct work is not amenable to regular central AC installation). And they said there were no options that would be entirely satisfactory. At least JW Heating and Air gave us a viable option. They were recommended by our friend, who had them install AC in jos 1950's home. So they definitely can do the job! The cost, however, is prohibitive for us at this time.

Speedy Plumbing showed up within hours of me requesting their services. The plumber completed the job quickly, the pricing was affordable and he did not leave a mess behind. He explained the job upfront and was transparent about the pricing before beginning the project. And even gave me useful plumbing maintenance tips before leaving. I will definitely call them again.

Service tech came out to fix my water heater, which was not lighting up because of moisture from rain, said that there are too many issue (really did not name any) and then suggested replacing the water heater as it is too old. It is about 5 years old only. He left without fixing the problem. Wasted my Twitter me and his. Really poor experience!

Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite. Customer service is what Chris has professionalism is something he has as well.

I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.

Juan and his team were everything and more that you hope for when you are doing a complicated infrastructure remodel. We hired them to re-do all of our pipes to the 50 year copper ones. In addition, they took on other tasks happily, and were incredibly reliable and on time every day. We are working with several other trades, and they are the only ones who were never late or no-shows. They finished exactly on schedule, despite some unexpected challenges that come with a house first built in 1910.
