These dudes deserve your business. Came over on the 4th and fixed a broken spigot within an hour of calling when I was about to throw a party. No flushing toilets would have been a bad time :( Happy to call em again.

I had a plumb emergency disaster in a Thursday afternoon. Victor came over assessed the problem and return early the next morning to fix. He finished earlier than promised. The project was quite expensive but I have confidence that the price was fair for thorough professional licensed work. John the owner came checked the project and added a few extras. We had a leak in a a pipe to our water heater and the company that installed it said they could not respond for a few days. Someone recommended Sunset West so we called them and they were here within a half an hour. Stelios, the plumber who came, fixed the leak quickly and professionally. We had a few more minor plumbing needs and Stelios gladly helped us with all of them and had a great attitude about it. We will definitely use them again.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Three major concerns. They broke out hose that they were using (then denied it) they left all the waste and sludge from the drain laying in our flower bed to rot and then charged us an extra $75 because it was overcast and sprinkled mist from the sky. I called the owner about the house and the waste only to be yelled at because it is not their job to clean up the waste, only to clear it. As I tried to explain that we weren't aware of the waste until it began to rot on the side of out house. The owner then became frustrated and curses at me because I said her employee did not complete his job. So now I am left with a popped hose, rotting waste on (literally) my house and in the flower bed, and an owner who won't take responsibility. I will do everything I can to tarnish the name of this compnay for their unprofessional and malicious behavior towards other people. I would never reccomend them and will co tinue to spread this review so that other people do not have this experience.
