Called this company out on a coupon ruben came out and helped me with my kitchen sink. He was very honest and answered a bunch of questions I had. Right on red Lilly!

Would highly recommend these guys. I called them on a Friday afternoon about a water pressure problem in our new home. Henry and Juan came over first thing the next morning and diagnosed the problem quickly -- we needed a new water heater. They meticulously installed a new one, including replumbing the emergency drainage line and fixing the strapping, which had not been done properly by the previous owner. All in all it took only a couple of hours and we are thrilled that we now have fantastic water pressure in the whole house -- no more waiting forever for the water to get hot or losing water pressure in the middle of a shower. We were charged a fair price too. Couldn't be happier with these guys and the quality of work they did. Thanks!

Within 15 minutes he was able to tell me what was causing the problem. He then ran out and picked up the part and within an hour my plumbing was fixed. I saw great reviews about them on Next Door Palisades so I gave them a call. They were fabulous. Had a leaky water heater and Jay came same day to turn off the water. He returned with his co worker a few days later (I had to go out of town). While the two of them were installing the new water heater, I told them my water bill had soared hundreds of dollars and I had 3 plumbers come to check for leaks with no success. One of the guys went under the house to make sure there was no water there. The other (Jay) checked the sprinkler valves, the water meter, and every toilet in the house, and guest house. He found the tiniest almost imperceptible leak in guest house toilet and told me I would see a big difference in my next bill. It arrived yesterday and was almost $200 lower than it has EVER been. I am so glad to have found them and they will be my go to plumbers for all of my needs at this point onward! Talk about above and beyond!

Everyone at EL-BO Plumbing is so helpful and easy to work with. Leonard is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I have called on him to repair stucco, fix plumbing issues, replace a fireplace ignitor and have referred him to many clients whom all praise his professionalism and timely response to their issues. About a week ago I began to smell what seemed to be natural gas in my backyard. I found Fords plumbing on Google and set up an appointment with them. They came out the same day. Let me say this, I'm big on customer service and Fords is top notch. From Sarah on the phone to Riley's professionalism and understanding of our situation and stress level. If I could give their plumbers 6 stars I would. Jorge and Milton where awesome. My wife is germophobe and has an issue with people coming in and out of our house. Both Jorge and Milton did a great job of being understanding but they also did their best to keep their voices down while they worked under our house (digging there way under due to a 10in crawlspace) due to her working from home.
There price was very reasonable. I had 3 other companies come out and they gave us the best price for the amount of work needed. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and he fixed the problem in no time flat. He was also very courteous and professional, and the prices were great. We will definitely be calling them again in the future.

I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.
