Knowing that it’s hard to find a plumbing company you can trust and rely on, I believe that I have finally found that company and that company is RED LILLY PLUMBING. I called Red Lilly Plumbing regarding a potential leak in my house as I could hear the hissing sound of water. My house is built on a concrete slab. I scheduled an appointment with Red Lilly Plumbing to come and make an assessment. Giovanni and his manager Ed came over the same day I called, prior to the scheduled appointment to see how the bad the situation could be in case it needed immediate attention. They determined that the leak was indeed in the manifold inside my house and Giovanni and manager Ed provided me with a description of the problem, what needed to be done, what my options were, and an estimate cost range of the options. Shortly after leaving from assessing my problem, I called Red Lilly Plumbing to inform them of the option I was selecting and to have them email me the estimate so that I could get the job started. We scheduled the appointment and on the appointed day, two great looking plumbers came, Anthony S. and Carlos T. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, practice safety, and answered any questions that I had. As Carlos was working to find my property main line they had difficulty at first. Giovanni came over with some instrument to help in locating the main line. After finding the location, we changed the original plan of the repair and came up with a change which meant replacing the existing exterior plumbing with new copper plumbing and pex piping instead of relocating the manifold to a different location. During the day, manager Ed came by to see how the work was progressing to make sure that everyone was on the same page in making the needed repair. Everything was done step by step with detail. Success was achieved when they fixed my leaking issue. I watched both Anthony and Carlos working, and they were very careful, detailed, and made sure the work was done correctly. Following completion, the manager Ed came by to check on the work performed. They did an excellent job. My main leak was fixed but they found a second leak in the manifold which meant additional assessment and repair. I scheduled the appointment with them to come back to find that problem. The same two awesome plumbers came back. Manager Ed also came to talk of the plan to fix the problem. This time they determined that they needed to rerun hot and cold water lines from the manifold to the back end of the house which meant opening up the ceiling and walls to run the lines. Time was spent doing this but they did a careful job. Once the lines were run and connected, the problem was finally fixed. What a relief!! I was very happy with all the work done to resolve my leaking water issues. It’s good to see plumbers working together in making sure that the work is done in the best way possible.

The faucet cartridge in one of our bathtubs was installed incorrectly and we were having a hard time replacing it ourselves. Years of hard water calcium deposits had essentially turned to concrete and when we tried to remove the cartridge it broke into pieces. We needed a quick fix so we could turn our water back on.

I called New Generation and they had a couple of guys out here within about 1 hour. They were funny and professional and explained the problem and how they were going to proceed to fix it. It took them about 1 hour to fully remove the old cartridge and get the new one installed.

We were grateful that they were able to get here so quickly! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Cali-Rooter. I've worked with them twice. Each of three individuals I either talked, texted or met at my home to deal with water heater issues went out of their way to be helpful and fix the problem. Oganes or Simon respond promptly to requests for assistance. When it became apparent that a service call was necessary, Chris arrived right on time and handled the repair in the friendliest manner. They are very reasonably priced. They will be my go to plumbers on-going. Do yourself a favor and call them first.

Amazing! I called Nautilus Plumbing expecting to schedule an appointment in a week and to my amazement they had someone at my house in 30 minutes. I've had two plumbers talk to me about the problem I was having with my water pressure, but they were too afraid to touch anything. Sergio arrived, got the details from me and dug right in. Within 15 minutes he was able to tell me what was causing the problem. He then ran out and picked up the part and within an hour my plumbing was fixed. I had been dealing this this problem for almost a year. I am so excited to have found this company.

I had a bunch of plumbing fixes and 2 guys came very quickly, they didn't upsell me but just went about fixing things inside and out as I asked. No drama, and I was always confident that they knew what needed to be done, They quickly left when all was done - no lingering while the clock was running. Don't tell them but their prices are too low!

PS They actually came about 6 weeks ago and I can tell you that all of their work has held up just fine.

Ford's Plumbing saved us!! We called after we discovered a gas leak on a Friday night and the Gas Company had shut off the gas for our safety. Ford's sent Scotty over first thing Saturday, and he discovered several leaks in our 1930's home's original pipes -- terrifying! We have a one-year-old, and after the gas was shut off, we had no hot water, stove access, or heat, among other things. Despite having other scheduled calls to work around, Scotty spent almost 11 hours on one day trying to get us up and running, and returned to work 5 hours the next day, making sure everything was fixed and sealed up tight. He adjusted/re-worked several connections that our original plumber had done badly. And did everything he could to help make the fees affordable for us, when the project ended being much bigger than originally expected.
Scotty really knows his stuff, and he explained everything he was doing so we understood the issues. He even called us the next day to make sure the Gas Company had turned our gas back on, and that everything was OK. He went above and beyond, and we highly recommend Ford's and Scotty!

I recommend Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company in Los Angeles for all your plumbing repairs. My bathtub was clogged so I called the Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company. They arrived earlier than expected. Fixed the drain in minutes. Very efficient... Very friendly. Cleaned the whole area. Definitely 2 thumbs up, very professional and kept us informed throughout the process.

Service tech came out to fix my water heater, which was not lighting up because of moisture from rain, said that there are too many issue (really did not name any) and then suggested replacing the water heater as it is too old. It is about 5 years old only. He left without fixing the problem. Wasted my Twitter me and his. Really poor experience!

Brian and Rocket plumbing have been extremely helpful and knowledgable. My wife and I had no idea that we were supposed to drain and flush your water heater once a year. We have always heard a knocking sound from our old water heater and now we know that it is sediment that can build up a knock around.

He told us not to throw things down our drains that were causing us problems like egg shells and coffee grounds.
