On arrival, the specialists did a brief inspection and were able to identify the obstruction and operated the power snake for close to thirty minutes. Their work was well done and I was delighted that the problem was totally resolved.

HIGHLY recommend!!JW Heating and Air is a first rate, professional, 5-star company! Quality and customer service are alive and well! It is so refreshing to see a business embrace these fundamentals. My experience from the first phone call to the service call itself was nothing but pleasant and professional. Communication was great. My service technician, Peter, was outstanding! He was punctual, kind and considerate, and very knowledgable, and extremely thorough. He carefully took his time in diagnosing the problem with my heating unit and explained every step of the process to me to keep me in the loop. He was not going anywhere until he got to the bottom of the issue. I appreciate this kind of transparency. It puts the customer at ease when everything is clearly laid out and all options are presented. Bottom line is: Peter and this company clearly take pride in their work and hold their customers in the highest regard. I'm not one to usually write reviews of my dealings with service industries, but my experience today compelled me to share my satisfaction. Great work! Will definitely recommend to others!

We had a leak in a a pipe to our water heater and the company that installed it said they could not respond for a few days. Someone recommended Sunset West so we called them and they were here within a half an hour. Stelios, the plumber who came, fixed the leak quickly and professionally. We had a few more minor plumbing needs and Stelios gladly helped us with all of them and had a great attitude about it. We will definitely use them again.

I give my thanks to Santiago and his team of Dino and Johnny. These guys braved the underworld that I dare not breach, and they discovered and exorcised the fear I felt to be true.
What I thought was going to be simple snake whipping due to some careless grease handling ultimately uncovered the true health of the house, and the outlook was severe. I was told of a whole host of issues that went well beyond my initial reason for calling. I didn't completely understand it at the time, but when Santiago runs a high powered snake through the lines, then comes back with a commercial grade snake and still can't make it all the way through the system, paramedics were needed. Enter Dino and Johnny. After a careful tag team mapping of the landscape, a medical plan was set and supplies needed to be gathered.
On the next day, I wished them luck on their underground adventure. Come to find out that if this house was a person, it would have been in cardiac arrest ten times over. These guys cut and sliced and chopped whole extensions of pipe that had been encrusted what I can only describe as 'gutter cheese.' At one point, I went out to check on them as I heard some discussion. Admittedly, I felt a bit underdressed in my Hawaiian shirt and shorts while these guys were in full body onesies and gas masks. They were fine, and I let the pros do what they do. The pipe transplant took a whole days work, and in the end, I'm back to being able to do those simple things that I take for granted that are so important in daily life. When water starts filling your sink while using the washing machine, one cannot help but to freak out.
The task at hand looked to be the result of deterioration and build up over time, and no amount of baking soda and vinegar was going to clear that mess.
Was it expensive? Yes. It ended up becoming a major project.
Was it overpriced? Absolutely not. It was worth every penny.
Hats off to team SDJ. You guys saved my sanity. Another gem of Culver City.

We had a plumbing issue with a commercial building -- old corroded pipes. Called a few plumbers and decided to go with New Pro based on our confidence in Miguel. The job took a number of days, but Miguel worked with us on timing so as not to disrupt our tenants and also left the property immaculate -- no cleanup on our part required -- hooray! I would recommend Miguel and his team at New Pro Plumbing without reservation -- capable, trustworthy, and ethical. Thank you, Miguel and New Pro!
