John, you're a real hero! I hate dealing with plumbing issues and John was there to the rescue. My main was stuck and I figured I had to go bankrupt right after...but not with this company, he gave me a reasonable price and he got the job done quick. I don't normally write reviews but I feel the need to get the word out because after a few calls to other companies everyone was asking way too much...I recomend Cali Rooter & Plumbing without a doubt!!John...call me next month its time to switch out my water heater tank with a tankless.

John is great! He was responsive, professional and did a great job with the work. His pricing is fair and he is a pleasure to work with. Will be calling him with all future plumbing jobs.

When I came home, I realized there had been a water heater leak. I quickly called GR plumbing to help me and they came over real fast. They had a set procedure in place and knew exactly what needs to be done.

Update 03/22/21: i called this morning and Sergio and his team was able to come out and get the job done! Very happy with there work and professionalism. Would recommend!

I called them this morning, talked with Alandra, she was very pleasant. She got me an appointment within 1 hour. The two guys send (Carlos and Jesus), was professional and got the job done. The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. My technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. He also cleaned up after the job was done! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. We had a plumbing issue with a commercial building -- old corroded pipes. Called a few plumbers and decided to go with New Pro based on our confidence in Miguel. The job took a number of days, but Miguel worked with us on timing so as not to disrupt our tenants and also left the property immaculate -- no cleanup on our part required -- hooray! These guys are great my water heater went out yesterday morning and they came over within a few hours and replaced the water heater.

Our bathroom drain has clogged and smelled horrible. They came out in 4 hours and worked magic. The guys were great and got everything fixed . Really recommend this company

TRM hooked us up with a water cooler awhile back, and the thermostat had to be replaced twice (ug!). Todd came over on the newest thermostat replacement, and did it for free, even though technically we were on the hook for labor as only the part was covered! Go with TRM!

I gave a call and explained my issue to them. I was told that based on the circumstance of my issue that I should look into Trenchless Technology which will clean my pipe without the need to replace my pipes. They gave me a real good briefing regarding what it would cost, and the time.

I said yes, and it worked out perfectly. Our plumbing issues were resolved and we saved a ton of money since we didn't have to dig nor replace any pipes.

Had a problem come up very unexpectedly. Called near and best, Rafael was sent out and I was very happy with their service! Very fast, professional and clean. hard to find a good plumber nowadays. Highly recommend, fixed my leak quickly and it was well done.

We've had a mysterious odor issue with our downstairs powder room for a long time and, after paying for a variety of plumbing fixes that didn't ultimately work, finally looked up Craig's Plumbing and gave them a call. Craig was really responsive, inspired our confidence in his ability to fix the problem, talked us through doing a little investigation and sending pictures, got out to our house quickly and really uncovered the issue. He identified a completely rotted out vent pipe in the wall and other pipes leading to the drain that needed replacing. Craig's Plumbing got the J.O.B. done in just a couple of days, including breaking through the concrete foundation (and preserving the existing tiles for re-installation!), replacing the offending components, and pouring new concrete. He even texted me later that night to confirm that we couldn't smell anything anymore. Everything looks terrific and there is NO MORE ODOR! He was straight up, no nonsense, and ran a clean job. He was also able to make a recommendation for someone to patch up the drywall and reinstall the tiles. I would absolutely call Craig's Plumbing again for any major issue at our house.

*UPDATE: If you had any questions about Craig's character, let me say that after we had a handyman fix the drywall and reinstall the toilet, the smell returned (although not as strongly). When I called Craig he recommended the brand and model of a new toilet for us to buy and then he drove all the way back out to our house early on a Saturday morning to install it himself for no charge. So grateful for his commitment to solving our problem and happy to say the smell is gone once and for all due to Craig's diligence and follow through! This is someone you can trust.

Richards Rooter and Plumbing has great reviews but my experience was disappointing. First, it was $250 to even come to our apartment building (which would then be applied towards the repair.) Then it was $750 (so an additional $500) to cut open the wall and find the leak, even though I correctly identified where the hot water pipe was leaking based on feeling a warm spot on the wall.

Richard suggested a temporary clamp for another $500 (though he said it’d be free if it didn’t work) and coming back to fix it the next day (it was 2:30pm). I asked if it could just be fixed today and had to leave for an appointment and he set about cutting open more of the wall to see the extent of the corrosion. By the time I came back at 4:30pm, he’d put on the temporary clamp which didn’t fully stop the leak (still requesting $500 for it) and said he could fix it at 9am for $2000 with the clamp $500 going towards it (so $1500 more).

I felt like the charges were really high, especially since water was still leaking into the units below. The way Richard seemed more focused on getting paid than actually fixing the leak made me feel like he was taking advantage of the situation and didn’t seem to care about water dripping into people’s homes.

Later that evening, another resident called their own plumber unbeknownst to me and had him fix the leak that night (for $600). I texted Richard as soon as I learned of this so as not to waste his time and he got a little salty, texting things like “And we have a contract if that means anything to you” even though he only wrote an estimate for the repair.

All in all, Richard was available, communicative, and showed up when called, but he was ineffective, expensive, and then snarky when he didn’t get his way. He couldn’t fix two pinhole leaks (even temporarily) for $1250. He would have charged an additional $1500 to do a job that someone else did for $600. I only hope my experience informs others.
