My water filtration unit had been leaking thruout the pandemic. After doing some research, I decided to call Red Lilly Plumbing. The stars must've been aligned because within the hour, Raoul was at my apartment. He explained to me that the people who installed my water filtration system had done it poorly and wasn't sure if he could fix it. He did what he could, consulted with a fellow coworker who was more of a specialist, and explained every step just so I could see what should've been done in the first place. We thought it would just be a temporary bandaid but it has been months and there's still no leak! Highly recommend Red Lilly and will call them for any plumbing issues in the future.

Cali-Rooter is my go to for any and all of my plumbing needs. I have used them several times in the past, most recent when our main sewer line backed up and they rushed over within an hour of my call request and cleared the massive roots. They are always prompt and very reliable. In addition, receiving friendly service is very important to me. John is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have to say that I am super happy with Victor's service. He and his partner arrived and took their shoes off without being asked before entering. Why is this not more common with service people and you have to ask or don't want to feel weird asking them to take their shoes off and just let them walk around your house with their dirty shoes? Anyways, my review is not about them taking their shoes off, just that they respect your property like it is their own. I had a shower that was turning out lukewarm water and a toilet that kept running. Victor gave us a very reasonable price and fixed both with parts that he had with him in a short time. I took a super hot shower for the first time in a long time, and I am thankful to Victor and his partner for providing us with great service!

We called about a gas leak at our home. Oliver was extremely condescending, explaining what he was going to do in great detail for 30 minutes. I appreciate someone explaining what they will do, but 30 minutes is ridiculous. I could have received a 5- or maybe 10-minute explanation, then he should have started working. They charge by the hour, so he proceeded to work for 6.5 hours on something that should have taken about 3 hours according to 3 other plumbers. He left early evening on Friday saying he needed to get a part and that we would be his top priority on Monday morning. After not being able to reach anyone on Monday morning well past the time he advised he would call, I was advised that he had gone to another emergency appointment instead. Really...?!
I would never use this company again. They are a rip-off and waste time through inefficiency and lack of consideration for their clients who did not have any gas for 4 days.

I give them a 2 star because they were quick. Although these guys are scammers, I needed a Thermocouple changed out and they charged $200 (they quoted $250 but when I asked after they were done if it really cost that much, the older guy (Gary?) wanted to make it out like he was giving me a deal.
The whole time Gary was complaining how difficulty it was to do, this and that - even the screws at the end were so difficult to line up to get screwed back in I thought it was going to give him a heart attack - they even tried at one one saying we might need a new water heater, or they needed to rotate the heater to gst to where they needed to be - absolutely bullshit.
We do have hot water again but I am pretty positive I could have done it for at least half that price.
Save our money and look elsewhere.

The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. My technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. He also cleaned up after the job was done! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
