I for one have used this company and called during the middle of the night frantic about a faucet leaking and the technician calmed me down and we fixed the problem temporarily over the phone, until the next morning Cali Rooter came to my house and fixed the issue I was having, and it turned out to be a non-emergency issue! I had a really terrific experience with David from JW Heating and Air.I have been using them for 20 years now, but this time I needed a lot ofwork done. He explained everything to me in great detail which i really appreciated. He took photos of the problems and showed them to me. I needed a new battery as well as a tray to catch potential water run off. I am also going to get dampers for all of my vents that he said were not well insulated. He always shows up exactly on time, and i like that he takes so much time to explain it everything to me. David is a gem, and I am sure JW values him enormously! When I bought my home 20 years ago, Jeff (the owner) came out to service my house. I never forgot how kind, patient, and honest he was. I've used them ever since.

Our hot water pipe burst underground in the evening. Called a few plumbers and they all wanted to charge a fee just to tell us what the problem was (which we already knew). When we called Carlos, he was very knowledgeable and told us he would stop by the next morning to fix the problem. Needless to say, him and his crew came by the next day and took care of the problem pretty fast. The amount they charged was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Had a mainline destroyed by roots and heard from a friend about Sunset West so I called them. Jimmy came over that afternoon and snaked it, so that we could last the night. He came back with a hydro jet to clear the line which was unsuccessful bc the line was broken. He quoted me for a complete repipe, replacing the concrete above and didn't charge me for the snake or the hydrojet. The work was done quick and left me a happy client. Have used Sunset West for all my plumbing needs ever since.

I interfaced with Jacob and Garth. They promptly coordinated with me, stopped by, sent texts/pics were clear what they charging and why! I had a CO leak in the dryer room and the heater had a venting issue. Most of all, I feel like they were honest, trustworthy and seemed to know what they were doing. I will def be calling them again! In fact, Garth said he wanted to follow up as he suspects my bathroom might have a leak. Amazing!!

Scotty came and provided a quote promptly in the appointment time window. I let him know I had taken the day off from work and asked if the work could be completed same day. He consulted with his team at the office and they made it all work out. I also asked Scotty a bunch of plumbing questions and he graciously answered all of them. I called back after he left when I noticed a possible leak and he returned promptly. Turns out we also need to replace some other parts unrelated to his work. We used Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company for a problem we had with our new home. When what was originally an extra drain plug became more stubborn and a twisted pipe was just a short term fix, we did some research and found Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company. From the first phone call to the end of the project, everyone we contacted was courteous, professional and very respectful of our time. They ran the drain with cameras and showed me what was wrong with the sewage system and gave us some ways to fix it. We never felt pressured and they were very quick to reassemble the outlines and set new traps. All 5 star service, I am very impressed with Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company and will definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.

I've had several appointments with Chris from Rocket Plumbing and have been very satisfied with both the quality of work and the friendliness/helpfulness of the team.

First issue we had was a busted and leaking garbage disposal, Chris installed a nice new one in about an hour and replaced the old pipe. He came back again to address a leaking bathroom sink.

Christian did an great job, quickly unclogged main line sewer blockage. Alex came by with a camera and confirmed sewer line was clear and both techs made recommendations based in on findings. Would call again if needed.
