They came out promptly to give an estimate. However, I never received the estimate. Made several follow up calls and even spoke to someone who said he was the owner and would get that estimate to me the next day. Needless to say I NEVER received that estimate. Bad customer service. If they didn't want the job they should have just stated so.

I had hired several other plumbers but they never found the problem. New Generation plumbers were prompt professional and excellent in their service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber

John came out to unclog my kitchen sink and replace my garbage disposal on a Friday evening during the holidays. I called around 4pm after discovering my sink wasn't draining properly, and instead just streaming water directly through the bottom of the garbage disposal unit into my cabinet. He was very personable, nice to chat with and quick. He had all the parts in his truck already to replace it. I would not hesitate to call him again for future plumbing needs. thanks!

Fast, friendly, and high quality service. My wife talked with these guys and scheduled an appointment for the following evening. The representative arrived on time, removed our old HWH and installed the new one within 1.5 hours. The price was the same as a quote from another plumbing company in town. This is a honest plumbing company. We reached out to dozens of plumbing companies when we had a active water leak. Only they responded within 30 minutes. They dispatched the father daughter team that located the leak, and remained on the job for over 5 hours until the job was done. It is refreshing to find a truly honest family business that has brand new vehicles, loaded with all the tools needed to complete any job. They care and have integrity, which is rare. We recommend them and will use them again.

Their team replaced our laundry plumbing, installed a new sink, and provided useful tips for other items that are outdated and old around the house. Cooperation will continue.

Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite. Customer service is what Chris has professionalism is something he has as well.

I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.

Rafael has been in charge of the plumbing of our 1926 house--replacing old pipes, putting in new bathtubs, kitchen sinks, showers, toilets, and faucets in our master bath, guest bath, kitchen. He is on-time, communicative and very professional. He is extremely competent with new and antique fixtures and is able to think outside the box with how to connect our European antique plumbing fixtures with American piping. He interfaces super well with our contractor, and we have a great relationship with him and his team.

I've used Craig's Plumbing since 2012. He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! I'd rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if he's on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craig's Plumbing.
