Brian and Rocket plumbing have been extremely helpful and knowledgable. My wife and I had no idea that we were supposed to drain and flush your water heater once a year. We have always heard a knocking sound from our old water heater and now we know that it is sediment that can build up a knock around.

He told us not to throw things down our drains that were causing us problems like egg shells and coffee grounds.

I won't be-labor this review with the issues we were facing at our home, but suffice it to say that Todd and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They provided an exhaustive analysis of our plumbing system. Not only did they address the issue at hand but uncovered a number of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Moreover, they were extremely transparent and took the time to help us understand what the issues were, what problems would arise, and cost to repair. Given our budget constraints since we had just purchased the house, Todd helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even worked with us on the cost to repair an item that they correctly felt needed to be addressed immediately.

We used Flood Brothers to address a backup issue which eventually revealed that the 50+ year old galvanized pipes beneath the house were corroding and causing blockages. They provided expedient service to replace with modern ABS pipes and prepared multiple options for tackling such a large project. Of course it's the kind of plumbing issue no one wants to encounter, but the service providers at Flood Brothers helped us resolve and modernize our plumbing system.
