Ford's replaced our water heater within a day. Shout out to Santiago who was on top the whole installation.

I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.

Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite. Customer service is what Chris has professionalism is something he has as well.

I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.

Mr. Lopez is a life saver! I had a complicated issue with recently remodeled condo leaking to the unit below from a new toilet installed by my contractor. The company scheduling department could use improvement. I was assigned 9-11am time window. I had permission from the HOA to shut the water to the building for repairs from 9 to 3pm. The service team showed up at 2pm.

Chris and Ben were very knowledgeable, cordial and prioritized the job to meet the 3pm deadline. I will schedule another appointment and request the same team Chris and Ben to finish the rest.

Victor is a complete professional. We originally called him to help fix our clogged sink - but it turned out our original pipes from 1927 were failing. Victor took video and photos along the way and showed us the inside of the pipes with his special camera. Victors was early for every appointment he scheduled with us and we are very happy we found him. After a complete sanitation re-pipe we are very satisfied. You should hire him.

We had an overflow pipe leak in the upstairs bathroom that was dripping through the downstairs ceiling, and Alex and his team were so responsive, helpful, fast, clean, and kind. 10/10 would recommend!!

Oscar and his partner were good. I didn’t need a new toilet but they told me I should get one. They charged me $900. I think you can find a better deal elsewhere.

Having them on call throughout several kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as to troubleshoot and diagnose over the phone with any questions other trades had during the process, was invaluable.
