Just a few days after they replaced a kitchen faucet, the entire faucet assembly is loose. They simply didn't tighten it, or didn't tighten it correctly. We'll see how fast they are to respondTo this Request to complete the work.Update 1: They responded almost immediately, and have scheduled someone for within the hour. This is good.

John's Plumbing is my go to plumbing service. John is always very responsive and usually comes out on the same day I contact him. My property is on a hill, so the plumbing and sewer line can be complex, but John and Victor are always willing to do the job, and they do it well and promptly. Highly recommend!

Our Rinnai tankless heater stopped working and would show an error message every time we ran hot water. We called a local plumber who inspected the unit and recommended that we ask a Rinnai certified technician to service the unit. We found Monkey Wrench Plumbing on the Rinnai website and contacted them. The intake person asked detailed questions to understand what the issue is and scheduled Ezra to come to our house the same day. Ezra arrived within the scheduled time frame and was very kind to explain each and every step of the process. We were very happy to learn that, while he is a licensed plumber, his primary focus area is tankless water heaters and that he is experienced with our specific model. He first performed a diagnostic assessment inspecting the water lines, the gas line and the Rinnai device. He then provided us with a detailed quote for the recommended service and upon completion the malfunction was corrected, and our house had hot water again. We couldn’t have been happier with his service and will recommend him without reservation to any one who needs service or repair of a tankless water heater. We also plan on using this company for any future plumbing needs.

After 2 other plumbing companies came and made a mess before quoting us $1800 and telling us they needed to rip out the walls and rip up the deck, Jesus showed up and took care of the problem in a few minutes. He used a clever technique to solve the problem, ensured that the problem was completely solved via various tests, and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous and no-nonsense and wasn't trying to upsell me on work we didn't need. It was $120 total. We could not be more pleased with this experience, and we'll be calling Nautilus first from now on!

All positive, except for the opportunity to swap out all old filters for new ones, to the tune of $250.00 each for $500.+/- for both of my units. Oh and only $15.00 a month for priority membership.

Excellent service

Jose came out to take a look a the shower leak he knew right away what the problem was and fixed it . He didn’t charge us anything since he only had to tighten the valves. I was very happy with his service and recommend him. I will definitely call him again.
