Knowing that it’s hard to find a plumbing company you can trust and rely on, I believe that I have finally found that company and that company is RED LILLY PLUMBING. I called Red Lilly Plumbing regarding a potential leak in my house as I could hear the hissing sound of water. My house is built on a concrete slab. I scheduled an appointment with Red Lilly Plumbing to come and make an assessment. Giovanni and his manager Ed came over the same day I called, prior to the scheduled appointment to see how the bad the situation could be in case it needed immediate attention. They determined that the leak was indeed in the manifold inside my house and Giovanni and manager Ed provided me with a description of the problem, what needed to be done, what my options were, and an estimate cost range of the options. Shortly after leaving from assessing my problem, I called Red Lilly Plumbing to inform them of the option I was selecting and to have them email me the estimate so that I could get the job started. We scheduled the appointment and on the appointed day, two great looking plumbers came, Anthony S. and Carlos T. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, practice safety, and answered any questions that I had. As Carlos was working to find my property main line they had difficulty at first. Giovanni came over with some instrument to help in locating the main line. After finding the location, we changed the original plan of the repair and came up with a change which meant replacing the existing exterior plumbing with new copper plumbing and pex piping instead of relocating the manifold to a different location. During the day, manager Ed came by to see how the work was progressing to make sure that everyone was on the same page in making the needed repair. Everything was done step by step with detail. Success was achieved when they fixed my leaking issue. I watched both Anthony and Carlos working, and they were very careful, detailed, and made sure the work was done correctly. Following completion, the manager Ed came by to check on the work performed. They did an excellent job. My main leak was fixed but they found a second leak in the manifold which meant additional assessment and repair. I scheduled the appointment with them to come back to find that problem. The same two awesome plumbers came back. Manager Ed also came to talk of the plan to fix the problem. This time they determined that they needed to rerun hot and cold water lines from the manifold to the back end of the house which meant opening up the ceiling and walls to run the lines. Time was spent doing this but they did a careful job. Once the lines were run and connected, the problem was finally fixed. What a relief!! I was very happy with all the work done to resolve my leaking water issues. It’s good to see plumbers working together in making sure that the work is done in the best way possible.

Gr plumbing came to my house due to a main sewer stoppage upon arrival i was greeted by Gonzalo and Adrian , they ran there sewer camera up to the stoppage then they ran there sewer snake they were able to clear the stoppage but upon running the camera again they spotted a big root intrusion, they could have easily tried to sell me a whole repipe but they told me that the rest of my pipe was in good shape so they gave me a bid to replace that section I was pleased with the price , next day they were here on time two Vans and plenty of guys by noon they were done I am very pleased with GR plumbing on there professionalism, ethics, and efficiency. Thinking it was a simple Drain cleaning (too many apple peels), (and not dirty) and it only took a few minutes to clear, i thought it would reasonably priced. Even with discount, Roto Rooter is more than most other plumbers…and then he disconnected my dishwasher water line accidentally and had to come back to reconnect.

Jimmy is totally professional. He has done a number of plumbing jobs for us around the house over the course of the past few years. The most recent was installing a second meter exclusively for irrigation. Not only did he do the work, but he handled ALL the paperwork from getting the permit to having the DWP enter it into their system. Jimmy Papik knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a professional job!

What is not to like about these guys. They come right after you call them. They arrive on time. They diagnose complex problems correctly and fix them competently. Their prices are reasonable. They test thoroughly before they leave and tidy things up nicely. HIghly recommended!
