Giovanni came by and impressed me right away with his sharp, detailed knowledge of the ins and outs of my requested gas line installation. After careful deliberation under his patient guidance, I opted to use a propane tank and forego the the gas line.

His kindness, honesty and professionalism does not stop there however, even though I did not opt for the installation, Giovanni was more than happy free of charge by phone to make sure I was educated and prepared in all aspects of the propane line hook up. This guy really knows his stuff.

I waited the whole evening, they endured the opposition all the time, at the end they said that they had no masters, and they could only the next day. I lost a lot of time and have to look for another company that can come to me at night, because it is impossible to be in the house because of the smell

problem solve gas leaked

I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Three major concerns. They broke out hose that they were using (then denied it) they left all the waste and sludge from the drain laying in our flower bed to rot and then charged us an extra $75 because it was overcast and sprinkled mist from the sky. I called the owner about the house and the waste only to be yelled at because it is not their job to clean up the waste, only to clear it. As I tried to explain that we weren't aware of the waste until it began to rot on the side of out house. The owner then became frustrated and curses at me because I said her employee did not complete his job. So now I am left with a popped hose, rotting waste on (literally) my house and in the flower bed, and an owner who won't take responsibility. I will do everything I can to tarnish the name of this compnay for their unprofessional and malicious behavior towards other people. I would never reccomend them and will co tinue to spread this review so that other people do not have this experience.

From a customer who had no idea where the problem came from but knew it was plumbing related, I called JB plumbing for the first time because they were local, and I got to tell you, they found the problem, gave me different options on how to go about on fixing the problem at a reasonable price. I then called and compared prices just to make sure I got a fair price and I found out I actually had a bargain. For fair, clean, reasonable and timely plumbing I will definitely be calling JB plumbing.

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I’m very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under an hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don’t use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.
