The plumber was on time, he gave me a fair price for my mainline issue. He explained the repair in detail and was patient when I didnt understand. Would recommend to family and friends.

I had the best experience with Jake and the two plumbers, Juan and Carlos. I had them change my tank water heater for a tank-less unit and I couldn't be happier. They had awesome communication throughout the entire process. They were really efficient in the whole process and I will be using them for all future plumbing needs.

We scheduled an appointment with John's Plumbing to get an estimate for a couple of non-emergency issues including water heater replacement and faucet installation. The price was fair and we decided to go with them. Plumbers were working fast and completed all the work within one day. I would recommend Johns plumbing to everyone.

These plumbers came and did the inspection, they proceeded to do the work and saved me a huge amount of time and effort and also money. Their rates are cheaper compared to other plumbers.

Solved problem quickly

Thinking it was a simple Drain cleaning (too many apple peels), (and not dirty) and it only took a few minutes to clear, i thought it would reasonably priced. Even with discount, Roto Rooter is more than most other plumbers…and then he disconnected my dishwasher water line accidentally and had to come back to reconnect.

Beware--their street address is only a mailbox store. I will be coming to protest outside their phony street address on Westwood Blvd later this week. Chriscame out to relight my water heater for my tenants. (The tenants found this plumber) I'm not surprised they have locations in Chicago. Wink, wink. They are quite organized So Chris relit the pilot & 2 days later it went out. When I finally got the receipt from the tenants, I saw that Chris had written that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Total.lie. it was installed new in 2010. So when I spoke to Chris, he screamed at me that my water heater was 15 yrs old & he would only come out to put in a new $1400 unit. He was extremely rude and condescending. He even referred to me as, Dear, in a demeaning tone. He also hung up on me. The owner ( person posing as the owner- I believe he is just the front man to deal with customer complaints) offered to have another plumber, Jose, take a look. I waited a week for Jose to come. Of course he backed up Chris's story that my water heater needed replacing. He pretended to try to.light the pilot. Bad acting job. I found an honest plumber that was going to replace my water heater, but when he saw my unit, he told me I did NOT need a new water heater. He serviced my unit & gave me a warranty. It's good there are some honest people around, but don't bet on finding any honest people at Rocket Plumbing. They are out to get the most $ they can out of you. Warning they have locations all over Southern California. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Over the years and two homes Action has redone our waste lines for a bathroom and the kitchen, installed a bathroom fan, resurrected a heater, installed a kitchen sink and new designer faucet, plumbed a clawfoot tub and two shower-tubs, as well as fixing a leaky faucet or two. JP Melrose Plumbing is a good company, they did a job for me in the city of Santa Monica, they cut the roots of trees that blocking the water going through to the main line to the city cleaning line. they were on time, the price is fair and gave me one year warranty, The job was done six months ago and I haven't had any problems since then.
